1. A t the time of attending the Interv iew, y ou are requested to bring the following documents;
Photocopies of the documents submitted should be self attested and the ORIGINA LS of all documents should be invariably submitted
for verification.
i] Printout of the online application submitted to IBPS for CWE SPL - IV - attach one set of the following documents to the printout;
(a) Proof of Date of Birth [SSC/SSLC/Std. X/Std. XII Certificate with DOB or Birth Certificate];
(b) Marksheets for each semester/year/Consolidated marksheet or Degree/PG/Professional Certificate in support of
having obtained the relevant educational qualification stipulated for the post.
For Rajbhasha A dhikari Scale-I Marksheets of all the semester/years A ND Degree/PG/Professional Certificate in
support of having obtained the relevant educational qualification stipulated for the post.
The date of passing the examination which is reck oned for eligibility will be the date of passing appearing on the original
mark sheet/prov isional certificate/final certificate. No other document shall be accepted as v alid for reck oning the eligibility date for
prescribed educational qualification.
In case of dual specialisations for posts (as mentioned in the notification) please prov ide the necessary proof that the major
specialisation conforms to the requisite eligibility prescribed for the post.
(c) Certificates in support of the candidate's Category & Sub-category as under;
- SC / ST / OBC Category: Caste / community certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format (proforma
av ailable on authorised IBPS website). Please note that the caste mentioned in the certificate produced by y ou should tally letter
by letter with that of the caste as mentioned in the Central Gov ernment list / notification. OBC caste certificate containing the Non
creamy lay er clause should hav e been issued on or after 10.12.2013.

- Persons Domiciled in J&K during 1.1.80 to 31.12.89 Category: Domicile certificate issued by District Jurisdiction where the
candidate ordinarily resided or any other authority designated in this regard by the Gov ernment of J&K, stating that the candidate
ordinarily domiciled in Kashmir Div ision of J&K State during 01.01.80 to 31.12.89.
- Persons affected by 1984 riots category: Certificate from the District Magistrate stating that the candidate is eligible for relief in
terms of the Rehabilitation Pack age for 1984 Riot A ffected Persons sanctioned by the Gov ernment v ide Ministry of Finance, Dept. of
Financial Serv ices communication No. F.No.9/21/2006-IR dated 27.07.2007.
- Ex-servicemen Category: Discharge Book / Pension Pay ment Order with full serv ice particulars. In case of work ing defence
personnel, Serv ice Certificate from Competent A uthority stating that they will be reliev ed from defence serv ices on or before
08.12.2015.
- If candidates already / prev iously employ ed : Certificates in support of post qualification work experience applicable to the post
applied for
- Work experience certificate, duly specify ing the date of joining, whether confirmed in the serv ices, salary drawn, nature of
work handled, date of reliev ing and reasons for reliev ing etc., from present/ prev ious employ er, if any ;
- Original No Objection Certificate from the present employer in case of candidates presently working in
Government/quasi govt offices/Public Sector Undertakings (including Nationalised Banks and Financial
Institutions);
- For other than IT Officer Post - Certificate in support of Computer Literacy (certificate / Degree / Diploma / proof of
hav ing studied Computer/Information Technology as one of the subjects in High School/College/Institute).

In case of candidates who have changed their name will be allowed only if they produce original Gazette notification or

3. Please note that the candidates who come for the interview without the above mentioned certificates / documents or found
ineligible at the time of verification of the documents will not be allowed to attend the interview/will not be considered for
further selection process. No undertaking in this connection shall be entertained.

It is reiterated that No candidate shall be allowed to appear for the interv iew on the basis of an undertak ing in lieu of identity proof or documents
mentioned abov e. Candidature of the candidate if allowed to appear at the interv iew on the basis of undertak ing in lieu of identity proof or
documents mentioned shall be summarily rejected without citing any reason.
4. Candidates will hav e to appear for Interv iew at their own expenses. Only eligible out station SC/ST / Persons With Disabilities category
candidates called for interv iew will be paid Second Class to & fro train/bus fare or actual expenses incurred, whichev er is less from normal
place of residence to the place of interv iew by shortest route, on production of proof of trav el. Please note that, the above facilities will
not be admissible to the SC/ ST / Persons With Disabilities category candidates who are already in service in Central / State
Government, Public Undertakings / Local self Government, Institutions and Panchayats.
Candidates who do not produce relev ant certificates mentioned abov e shall neither be permitted to appear for the Interv iew, nor shall be paid
any trav eling expenses. A ny subsequent representation claiming Trav eling A llowance shall not be entertained.
5. Please note that y ou will be permitted to attend the Interv iew as mentioned abov e, subject to;
i) Your fulfillment of eligibility criteria / conditions regarding qualification, age, category etc., as stipulated in the
advertisement; and
ii) Correctness of information giv en by y ou in application including
a) Caste / Community Certificate in the case of SC / ST / OBC category candidates; and
b) Medical Certificate in the case of Persons With Disabilities category candidates.
iii) Establishment of y our identity .
6. Please note that, the admission to Interv iew is prov isional only and if it is found at any later stage that y ou do not conform to eligibility norms,
y our candidature will be summarily rejected. Please note that in case at any stage of selection, and ev en after appointment, it comes to the
notice of IBPS/Organisation that y ou do not/y ou did not possess the requisite qualification and/ or y ou do not/y ou did not fulfill the eligibility
criteria as giv en in the adv ertisement, y our candidature will be liable to be rejected. Further, in case it is noticed that y ou hav e furnished any
incorrect/false information or suppressed any material fact(s), y our candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcomings is/are
detected ev en after appointment, y our serv ices are liable to be terminated.
7. Please note that a candidate is allowed to appear only once for examination and interview under CWE SPL-IV. Multiple
appearances in examination and/or interview will result in cancellation of candidature.
8. This is not an offer of appointment nor does it represent any commitment on the part of any Organisation to select y ou to any post in any
Organisation. The decision of the IBPS/Organisation in all matters related to Interv iew and selection of the candidates would be final and
binding on the candidates. No correspondence would be entertained in this regard.
9. IBPS/Organisation will not entertain any request / correspondence for change of Date / Time / Venue of Interv iew.
10. Please note that the interv iew date/ v enue may change for administrativ e reasons, which shall be notified to candidates.
11. A ny canv assing for selection including change of date, time and v enue of the interv iew shall be considered as disqualification.
