STOCK MARKET REPORT FOR MAY 28TH, 2015


EQUITIES
It was a four-day trading week as the Federal Government of Nigeria declared Friday 29th May, 2015
as Public Holiday to commemorate Democracy day.
A turnover of 1.799 billion shares worth N22.105 billion in 17,337 deals were traded this week by
investors on the floor of The Exchange in contrast to a total of 2.943 billion shares valued at N16.045
billion that exchanged hands last week in 21,306 deals.
The Financial Services Industry (measured by volume) led the activity chart with 1.546 billion shares
valued at N8.895 billion traded in 10,394 deals; thus contributing 85.93% and 40.24% to the total
equity turnover volume and value respectively. The Services Industry followed with a turnover of
84.137 million shares worth N120.575 million in 497 deals. The third place was occupied by the
Consumer Goods Industry with 76.868 million shares worth N9.362 billion in 2,899 deals.
Trading in the Top Three Equities namely United Bank for Africa Plc., West African Provincial
Insurance Plc. and Access Bank Plc., (measured by volume) accounted for 904.390 million shares
worth N3.345 billion in 1,705 deals, contributing 50.27% and 15.13% to the total equity turnover
volume and value respectively.

INDEX MOVEMENT
The NSE All-Share Index and Market Capitalization appreciated by 0.11% and 0.12% to close on
Friday at 34,310.37 and N11.659 trillion respectively.

Additional ordinary shares of 3,009,978,524 units as a result of the concluded Rights Issue on
PRESTIGE ASSURANCE PLC (PRESTIGE) were admitted to trading this week, bringing the
total outstanding shares of the company to 5,518,293,960 units.

Mr. G. Srinivasan
Mr. G. Srinivasan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce (B.Com) and is an Associate of
Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ACMA) and Fellow of Insurance Institute of India (FIII).
Mr. G. Srinivasan has 35 years of experience in General Insurance Industry at various places in India
and abroad, both at operations and corporate management level. He was the Managing Director of
New India Assurance Co. Ltd (Trinidad & Tobago) in the Caribbean (2001-2005). He also served as
the General Manager at New India Assurance (2005-2007) and CMD of United India Insurance Co.
Ltd from 2007 - 2012.
Mr. Srinivasan is currently the Chairman and Managing Director of New India Assurance Co Ltd.
Mr. Chandrakant Rajaram Kale
Mr. Chandrakant Rajaram Kale holds a B.A., MPM, DLW, LLM (Corporate Laws) and is a Fellow of
the Insurance Institute of India and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria.
He was seconded from New India Assurance Co. Ltd to Prestige Assurance Plc and has 24 years of
experience in general insurance industry in India and 5 years general insurance industry in Nigeria
including underwriting, legal, marketing, claims, administration and risk management. He was the
General Manager Risks Control prior to his appointment on the Board of Prestige.
TOTAL NIGERIA PLC: Appointment of Executive Director - Total Nigeria Plc (the Company)
notified The Nigerian Stock Exchange that its Board of Directors has appointed Prince Jefferson
Emeka Nnamani as Executive Director, Technical of the Company effective 30 April 2015.
Prince Jeff Nnamani is a graduate of political science and administration with a Master in Public
Administration (MPA) from the University of Maiduguri, Borno State, Nigeria.

He started his career as a sales representative with the then Elf Marketing Nigeria Limited in 1989.
He was the companys pioneer staff in Borno State and after successfully establishing the companys
presence in the State, he was assigned to Lagos as the industrial Sales Executive in 1994. He
became the first senior Network inspector for Lagos Region in 1995 and given his successful
performance was again assigned to the Eastern region to cover both Network and industrial sales as
the Sales Executive, Eastern Region in 1996, a position he occupied until he rose to the position of
Regional Manager North Central, Elf Oil Nigeria Limited in 1999.
By 2004, Prince Nnamani was moved to Lagos as head of the regional office; the pioneer Regional
manager of Lagos and western Region from 2005 to 2007 as territorial Sales Manager West. In May
2008, he became the General Manager Sales, and in 2011 he was appointed General Manager
Strategy, a position he held until his appointment in April 2015 as Executive Director, Strategy, Total
Nigeria Plc.
He is a well-known industry expert with more than 25 years downstream experience. Member Board
of Directors NICON Insurance Corporation (2001 - 2006) Member Governing Council, Yaba College
of Technology (2006 - 2010) Fellow, Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria (FICA).
FBN HOLDINGS PLC: Impending Retirement of the Group Managing Director/CEO of First
Bank of Nigeria Ltd - FBN Holdings Plc (the Company) notified The Nigerian Stock Exchange that
the Board of Directors of its flagship subsidiary; First Bank of Nigeria Ltd at an Extraordinary Meeting
held 27 May 2015, approved the retirement of the Group Managing/CEO (GMD/CEO") of the Bank,
Mr. Stephen Olabisi Onasanya, effective 31 December 2015, that is at the end the current financial
year, having served two (2) terms.
In keeping with the Groups tradition of a seamless transition and in line with the extant succession
policy, the Company states its Board has commenced the process for the nomination and approval of
a successor to the outgoing GMD/CEO and this will be concluded in a timely manner, so as to avoid

COMPUTER WAREHOUSE GROUP PLC: Board Appointments - Computer Warehouse Group Plc
(CWG or the Company) notified The Nigerian Stock Exchange of the appointment of Mr. Austin
Okere as Vice Chairman, Kunle Ayodeji, as Executive Director and Okey Onyia, as Vice President
respectively. According to CWG, the appointments are part of the Companys strategy to strengthen
its structures towards achieving its short and long term goals.
Mr. Austin Okere, was appointed as the Vice Chairman, in addition to his role as the Chief Executive
Officer of the Company and he has assumed the role.
Mr. Kunle Ayodeji was appointed Executive Director to oversee the Operations and Finance functions
of the Company. Mr. Ayodeji brings on board over 15 years experience in the fields of banking,
financial consulting and private equity management. Prior to joining CWG, Mr. Ayodeji was an
Investment Principal with Aureos Capital and later became an Associate Director with The Abraaj
Group. He was also with KPMG Professional Services prior to joining Aureos Capital. His expertise in
finance and strategy will play a crucial role in strengthening the Companys growth.
Mr. Okey Onyia was appointed the Companys Vice President, Sales. Mr. Onyia brings more than 15
years of relevant industry experience to his new role having previously served in Senior Sales
Management roles for leading OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers - manufacturers of
Information and Communication Technology hardwares and softwares) in Nigeria including Hewlett

Packard Nigeria and most recently at Oracle Corporation. He will be responsible for delivering on the
Companys revenue targets with a view to driving the Company towards profitable growth.
PHARMA DEKO PLC: Supplementary Listing of Pharma Deko Plc. Rights Issue of 116,819,694
Ordinary Shares of 50 Kobo at N1.80 per Share - Dealing Members are hereby notified that
116,819,694 ordinary shares of Pharma Deko Plc. were on 20 May 2015 listed on The Daily Official
List of The Exchange. The Offer was 77.88% subscribed.
