Setting up a game
Team captains are responsible to referring to fixture list on a weekly basis and
going to their group and see who they are meant to be playing in the upcoming
week. The sides of the map you are playing on have been randomised and set
for all teams.
Team captains will agree a time to play at least 48 hours prior to the game being
played. This means you have committed to the time slot and are expected to
attend with 5 members of your team or any previously listed subs.
The blue side team captain will make a note Facebook that a time has been set
at least 24 hours before the game is played.

The agreed time is the start time when both teams enter champ select. This
means both teams should be ready in the lobby at least 5 minutes prior to the
start time.
The Tournament draft lobby will be made by a member of blue team, setting the
password to cof, to be made 10/15 minutes prior to start time, giving invite
rights to purple side after the first member has been added. Invite any
streamers, mods or casters who wish to spectate when the room is made.
Players are responsible to ensure their equipment and connection is stable
before they enter the lobby to ensure minimum use of the pause function in
game.
Teams have the option to reschedule the game once up to 30 minutes prior to
the game time to be agreed by both teams. 48 hours notice will not be
enforced.
If there is a technical fault during champion select teams have 10 minutes to fix
their issue or call in a substitute and remake the game locking in any bans and
champions that have been previously made.
Players are also responsible to have the right summoners and runes/masteries as
the game will not be remade for these reasons.
Teams have the option to ban 3 champions each within the time limit.
While in game
The game is won when either nexus is killed. If both are killed at the same time it
is given to the team with the victory screen. If contested please provide a
reason and screenshot of why the ruling should be changed.
Pauses should be used sparingly. The reasons to use the pause button are
unplayable lag spikes, bug splats, complete connection failure or any medical
issue. Teams are allowed to talk in these pauses.
To unpause the game the team that pauses needs to confirm in chat that they
are able to unpause and wait for a ready response from the other team before
they unpause the game.
A screenshot of the kda, cs and items should be made by the winning team at
the end of the game lobby and posted on the Facebook page so the result can be
verified.
