Executive Summary
We are student of MHRM attending IAS department of Punjab University, Lahore. And we like to shine
from behind the scene. We are university support professional with experience of hypothetical projects
managing Marketing Programs like Kids Mania (Pakistans 1st cartoon network channel) and Green
Twist (Sugarcane juice and packaging) under Economics for the manufactured consumer products
industry.
Being the people persons that we are, we enjoy being hands-on in getting to know what the customer
wants/needs and then working within instructors guidelines to make it happen. So considering that there
must be unique identity of PU students, we are introducing PU Bags.
So its time to look no further because our product will not only for PU students and teachers but for
faculty members and visitors as well including student hand carry bags, laptop bags with subsections of
key chains and mobile covers with IAS, PU insignia.
We have a solid track record of best project delivery with introduction of most desired and quality
products. And you will find our product virtually defect-free. Furthermore, we introduced this idea to our
mates that will help to save them at least thousands of Rupees for buying mentioned products of essential
usage.

We have no immediate competitor who is producing PU insignia bag.

But all major bag producer can be our competitors with respect to the sale of

We will produce different kinds of bags, pencils and key chains having
uniqueness with logo of PU. After succession of PU Bags in IAS we will take it
to other major departments of PU. We also get Sponsorship from PEEF.

Our Management team is our group members who managed all plans of marketing,
finance and other hurdles which we have faced.

Team members have excellent interpersonal skill and they proved it by


selling all the bags on the very first day.

There are no management team gaps in our group. We did all assign tasks by
dividing it equally to all members and at the end we have best work after compiling

We have generated our revenue by bootstrapping from our team members

make assumption that how much our product is being liked by students.
