SUBSCRIPTION PROCESS:
After depositing the package subscription charge, subscriber need to mail the
scanned copy of deposit slips (cheque details i.e. cheque number, date etc.) and
user details (i.e. subscriber name, address, mobile number at which stock tips has
to be send) at kings.broking@yahoo.com. Once the deposit details are confirmed
subscriber will start getting tips.
Note: Overseas subscribers will be charged for the SMS if they require tips
through SMS on his/her mobile.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Numbers of the minimum tips per day are subject to change as per the market condition.
2. Safe Traders have to follow SL but bold traders may take SL as per their risk apatite.
3. KINGSB doesnt promise for any maturity rate of stock tips.
4. KINGSB will provide stock tips only and subscriber will be responsible for trade result.
5. Once after achieving the target of Call/Tip if stock price comes below the buying price,
that tip will be included in matured tip.(specially for pay per tip subscribers)
6. KINGSB provides stock tips through SMS/WhtasApp.
7. KINGSB will not be responsible for late delivery of SMS or network congestion of
telecom service provider.
8. Subscriber can switch from Lower Package to Higher Package but vice-versa will not be
possible.
9. If in any case KINGSB doesnt provide Stock Tips/Calls at any particular day, that day
will not be count in subscription period. For example, in monthly package we will
provide tips for 20-21 days. If we dont provide tips at any particular day then duration of
the package will be adjusted as per number of missing days.
10. Once the payment deposited, it will not be refundable.
11. No subscriber will be able to extend the Package until the further payment is done.
12. Packages are subject to change but subscribed users pack will not be change until the
package duration expires.
13. Forwarding our paid calls is strictly prohibited. Subscriber found forwarding our calls,
will fall under the legal issue, in which we may sue subscriber for legal penalty of Rs.
One Lakh.
14. Subscribers package will be stopped without any intimation if found in anti-KSB
activities.
15. KING STOCK BROKING (KSB) is our registered trademark, if anybody found using
our name or this trademark, will fall under legal action.
