Dear ,

Please accept this letter and accompanying resume as notification of my interest in a position with your company.
Following is a brief overview of my work and experience.

With over fifteen year’s experience, most of my work experience has been in effective Restaurant Management. Most
recently in my position as General Manager of Guest Experience of Kelsey’s Airport. I was engaged to set the standard
with increasing audit scores, creating a more stable work environment and increasing sales and efficiency within the
store. I was responsible for ensuring proper food and beverage inventory, ensuring adequate staffing levels and
ensuring that the principles of the mission statement were met or exceeded in a store that is every thing unpredictable. I
led the management team to promote employee satisfaction & development, operational execution, community
relations, sales generation and increasing profitability.

At Kelsey’s Bramalea I was engaged to provide leadership and motivation. My flexibility and capacity to multi-task
allowed me to successfully improve audit scores and sales for a significant period. The store won its first growth award
and its first steritech cleanliness award. As well, I participated a great deal in the community promotion of Kelsey’s and
in the development and mentorship of staff.

These skills coupled with my work experience, my aptitude for the hospitality industry and my enthusiasm to learn,
have rendered me an excellent candidate for the General Manager position. I believe my professionalism, my
motivational skills and my leadership by example are all qualities which will ensure my success as a General Manager
and permit me to make significant contribution to the restaurant. I look forward to a personal interview to further
discuss my candidature.

Sincerely,

O’Neil Grant
