Amex Express Corporate Card - Application submission

Process and Guidelines
American Express card application needs to be filled online. Please click on the link
below and enter the access code mentioned below as per your department id. You
need to attach a self-attested copy of your photo id proof, address proof and a
passport-size photograph (The address and name in the document provided as
proof should exactly match the name and residence address which you would
update in the application online. If you dont have a local address proof, you can
mention your permanent address and provide proof for that). Please mention your
latest contact number, e mail address, employee id and work address in the form
without fail.
Amex would require 10 to 12 working days to process your online application. For
priority processing, apply for the card online and send a mail to
thmalles@ciscco.com with the tracking number. This would take 7 working days to
process.
Note: Make sure you enter the correct access code mentioned below as per the
entity you belong to. Incorrect access code may lead to application cancellation.

Access keys: (Entity number is mentioned in your offer letter above the HR
Managers signature on the 1st sheet. You can also find the same in the CEC
directory in your profile under the department id first 3 digits of department id)

Addition Points
Please make sure that the below mentioned details are provided without fail.
RBI has made it mandatory for banks to have the applicants PAN to issue corporate
cards. Hence the employees have to mandatorily fill their PAN card no while filling
the application online. if one doesnt have it or has applied for one, he/she can

mention as applied instead of leaving the field blank as leaving the field blank will
lead to rejection of application. The applicant can contact Amex and have the PAN
details updated later once they receive their PAN card.
You need not mention Cisco systems in the address as this would be picked up by
default while processing.
Please note once you log in, you would see the Divyashree chambers Cisco office
address by default. If you are not seated in Divyashree Chambers office, please go
ahead and change that address as the address field is editable. Unfortunately
address field has some space constraints and the below address should be used for
filling to avoid delay in processing.

The total number of characters which can be embossed on a card is 22 characters

including spaces. (the website shows as 24 but its incorrect, we are working on that
to have it updated)
