migrationsdomstolarna och Migrationsverdomstolen. Tabellen nedan avser
enbart beslut som har fattats i frsta instans, det vill sga av Migrationsverket.
Med ett ensamkommet barn avses person under 18 r som kommit hit och anskt
om asyl utan sina frldrar eller annan legal vrdnadshavare.

An "unaccompanied child" means a person under the age of 18 who has come to
Sweden and applied for asylum without his or her parents or other legal custodial
parent.
