License for use and distribution
1. All copyrights to Start Menu X are exclusively owned by the
author - Denys Nazarenko
2. There are 3 basic types of licenses issued for Start Menu X,
these are:
a) Freeware version of the program with limited functionality.
Can be used for free for commercial and non-commercial organizations.
Unlimited time. Support for this version can be limited or absent.
b) 30-day Trial version of the program with all features. Can
be used only one time per PC for testing purpose of the extended
functionality of the Start Menu X PRO. The trial period can be
less than 30 days and depend from technical conditions.
We don't guaranty that you can install or use this free 30-trial.
You need Internet connection to activate this version.
After the trial period is over, you can switch to the free
version or buy the paid version. No need to register or provide
an email address. Can be used for commercial and non-commercial
organizations. Support for this version can be limited or absent.
c) Paid version or the PRO version. The version that you receive
after purchase the Start Menu X. You can use this version
unlimited time. Also we can provide additional free minor updates.
But free minor updates can depend from the conditions of
purchase and not obligatory to included. You need Internet
connection to activate this version or ask the support to do
this via e-mail(supportbox@ordinarysoft.com).
The license provided per PC so for several PC you need to
purchase number of licenses according to you PC quantity.
Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to
use Start Menu X Pro on as many computers as defined by the
licensing terms above according to the number of licenses
purchased, for any legal purpose. The registered Start Menu X
software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently
transferred, in it's entirety, if the person receiving it agrees
to the terms of this license. If the software is an update, the
transfer must include the update and all previous versions.
2.1 All major updates for PRO version requiring payment.
3. The Start Menu X freeware version may be freely
distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the
distribution package is not modified in any way.
a) No person or company may distribute separate parts of the
package, without written permission of the copyright owner.
b) The Start Menu X version may not be
distributed inside of any other software package without written
permission of the copyright owner.
c) Hacks/cracks, keys or key generators may not be included on
the same distribution.

5. THE Start Menu X PROGRAM IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY
OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR THE AGENTS OF THE AUTHOR WILL BE LIABLE
FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF
LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
6. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell,
modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed
program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such
unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or
civil prosecution.
Neither Start Menu X code may be used or reverse engineered to
re-create the Start Menu X work algorithm, which is
proprietary, without written permission of the author.
Start Menu X keyfiles may not be distributed, except as stated
in item 2) above, outside of the area of legal control of the
person or persons who purchased the original license, without
written permission of the copyright holder.
All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Nazarenko
Denys.
7. When you install or uninstall the program, your web browser
will open special web-pages on our website. These web-pages are
not aimed at gathering your personal information and this kind of
information is not required. These web-pages are meant for
gathering statistical information about installing and uninstalling
our product as well as other information used for program quality
improvement. If you don't want to provide us with the information
mentioned above, you may cancel the program installation.
8. Installing and using Start Menu X signifies acceptance of
these terms and conditions of the license.
9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must
remove Start Menu X files from your storage devices and cease
to use the product.
