When we say Mother Earth we all refer to the land we live, the trees, rocks, mountains and others, the air we breathe, the atmosphere, and the water that surround us. Our Mother Earth is everything that is around us: the living and non-living things together. With a lot of unnatural factors happening around us in terms of human intervention with the Mother Earth is depleting day by day. The natural resources such as water, land, air, etc. are getting affected by these activities from humans that are going on at a fast pace. Humans greatly affect Mother Earth, a lot of negligence from the humans is also adding to the overall problem associated with our Mother Earth. Issues such as global warming, depletion of the ozone layer, land degradation are all cause of over-negligence caused by humans. How do the people ruin our planet and depleting it on everyday basis? Building of high-rise buildings, dams, cutting down of forests, and many more activities affect the Earth and are making it more and more polluted. All these activities have disturbed the natural balance of our ecosystem and this imbalance falls heavily on us, human beings. The increased number of diseases that surround our bodies on all sides, pollution, and depletion of natural resources are all such aspects that cause a lot of harm to the living beings on this earth. Today, there is greater need to bring our focus back on our Mother Earth and to make every small effort to save it from depleting and getting more polluted. How to save it for our future generation? We should start taking our environments status very seriously and do some actions to reduce the dangers that our mother Earth has. Simple activities are part of our daily life, we can reduce the burden on the world and help it restore the proper balance in its ecosystem. Bring down the consumption of fuel. Learn the concept of re-use, reduce and re-cycle. Plant more trees for fresh air that we breathe to avoid erosion and flood. Avoid using chemicals that harm the soil, instead use organic fertilizers. Use bio-degradable materials instead of using plastic that do not decompose in the environment. Use air-friendly materials to protect our ozone layer and avoid the global warming, el-nio and la nia phenomenon. Everyone must take small efforts in reducing the amount of Mother Earth degradation. Following such small activities in our day to day lives we can ensure that we do our bit of keeping the Mother Earth healthy and making our Mother Earth a better place to live.
