PROJECT GUIDELINES

Accommodation
Your accommodation is on a shared basis with basic facilities like Drinking Water, washing
place, Toilet & Bathroom.
Trainees should submit the following documents at the time of HOSTEL admission, one
original ID proof with photo copy + 3 passport size photos during.
No trainees will be admitted without these documents or allowed to stay at the Hostel.
Trainees should stay only in the HOSTEL allotted by the authority.
Trainees are requested to carry their own bed or obtain from the HOSTEL authority by paying
a caution refundable deposit amount.
Trainees should maintain the required rules, discipline, and guidelines of the hostel during
their stay. The Room entry and HOSTEL premises is strictly prohibited for parents / friends /
Relatives without prior permission from the hostel authority.
The visitors must obtain the prior permission of the concerned authority to meet you in
person or visit your place in the Hostel. The visitors must register and obtain a visitors pass.
Mobiles should be strictly switched off between 10:00PM to 6:00AM & their use is restricted
during the Study hours.
Trainees should be present at the HOSTEL before 8.30PM all days, in case of emergency the
necessary permission from the Hostel authority must be obtained.
Trainee leave letter is mandatory while going out-of-station. In such cases, Parent /Guardian
must mandatorily call the Hostel authority as a consent note.
Trainees are requested not to carry any valuable items like Gold, Mobiles, Money or any costly
items. The HOSTEL authority is not responsible in case of any theft of your valuable items.
The chewing of Supari, Pan, Gutkha & Smoking in the Hostel Premises is strictly prohibited.
The Hostel authority is not responsible for the activities in which students get engaged outside
the Hostel Premises.
The hostel supervisor has full authority to check any room in the hostel at any time with or
without intimation.
Female visitors are not permitted at any time into the male Hostel. Similarly, Male visitors are
not permitted at any time into the Female Hostels.
No one is allowed to take part in any type of video film show in the hostel premises without the
prior permission.
Ragging is a cognizable offence, punishable under the law and is strictly banned. Any trainee
involved in any kind of ragging will be liable for immediate expulsion from the hostel.
Possession of fire arms, cycle chains, rods, iron rods or any other kind of weapons are strictly
prohibited as per Arms Act. Hostel inmates found in possession of the above will be handed
over to the police or expelled from hostel immediately.
Consumption of alcohol and other intoxicants and drugs are strictly prohibited. Anyone found
consuming alcohol or drugs will be expelled from the hostel immediately.
Cooking food in the hostel room is strictly prohibited.
Trainees while leaving the rooms, must ensure that the lights and fans are switched and rooms
are locked.

Damage to the hostel property such as doors, windows, electrical fitting, toilet fitting, glass
panes etc., will lead to fine, disciplinary action, or expulsion from the hostel.
Trainees must deposit the Extra money in the post office/savings bank account.
Trainees shall not remain absent from their hostels during the night between 08.00 P.M. to
7.00 A.M. without prior permission from the Hostel authority.
No trainee shall occupy or interchange the room without prior permission and proper
allotment of the room by hostel authority.
No permission shall be given to trainees to stay in the hostel after their course completion.
Trainees are strictly prohibited from anti-social acts, if found involved in it, they will be
terminated.
Trainees should not enter the rooms of others who are not in their rooms. A trainee shall not
hand over the keys of their room to any other person except the hostel authority or roommates
or person authorized by him.
No one should use the belongings of other students without their consent.
Use of electrical appliances such as heaters, electrical irons etc. are strictly prohibited.
Violation of this rule will lead to strict disciplinary action. Confiscation along with a fine of Rs.
500/- shall be imposed.
Private picnics / parties / functions are strictly prohibited.
We will not provide any financial assistance or reimbursement to the trainees opting to stay
outside or arrange their own accommodation.
Any violation of the above said rules and regulations will lead to disciplinary action, in extreme
conditions one may be expelled from the Hostel.

Food
Trainees will be provided with a decent hygienic food with the following Menu for the day.
The trainees will be served on a plate meal basis.
The Morning breakfast will be served between 6.30 AM 7.30 AM and menu includes
( Uppittu / Avalakki / Rice Items, etc.,)
The lunch will be served between 1.00 PM 2.30 PM and menu includes (2 Chapattis + Curry
+ Rice Samabar).
The Dinner will be served between 7.30 PM 9.00 PM and menu includes (2 Chapattis +
Curry + Rice Samabar).
Trainees are strictly requested to follow the mess timings; the delay may result in not having
food.
The above food timings are subject to changes with or without prior intimation in emergency
cases.
Trainee may get additional food facilities by paying extra.
Trainee is requested not to leave anything or waste food.
Trainee is requested to intimate their absence in advance to avoid food wastage.
We will not provide any financial assistance or reimbursement to the trainee opting out food.
Transport

 Trainees will have pick and drop facility from pickup points to the training center as per the
schedule.
Trainees are requested to adhere to he travel time schedule.
In case of delay, trainees are requested to reach the training center on their own.
The waiting period at each pick up point is 2/3 minutes only.
Trainees staying outside the hostel will be given nearby pick/drop center to avail the facility.
We will not provide any financial assistance or reimbursement to the trainees opting out to
avail the facility or reaching on their own.
Training
Trainees will mandatorily ware UNIFORM & ID Card.
Trainee should be on time for training session.
Trainee session attendance is compulsory to avail other facilities like food, etc.,, in case of
emergency Leave letter is mandatory while availing leave.
Training hours in all weekdays is 9:00am to 5:00pm which may vary according to the session
flow.
Coming late to training or being absent without permission is not be allowed
Sunday the weekly off for the training.
No holidays are given to the students unless there is any unavoidable reason.
Students are informed to be in Formal dress during the training hours (Boys: Formal trousers
with full sleev or half sleev shirts, Tie and formal shoes. Girls: Salwar Kameez or saari)
No casual dresses allowed during training hours
Mobiles Phone use is not allowed during the training hours
Chewing supari, pan, gutkha & smoking within the campus is strictly prohibited
Before going to your native place you are supposed to give a leave letter & take permission
from the project head.
We are not responsible for any of your valuable things like Mobiles, Gold items, etc.,
Keeping the reputation in mind, we request trainees to behave professionally during the
training period
We are not responsible for the activities in which students is engaged after the training hours.
We are not answerable for the trainees Travel, Stay & Food arrangements.
Any violation of the above said rules and regulations will lead to disciplinary action, in extreme
conditions one may be expelled for the training programme

passport size photo during.
No trainee is admitted without these documents or allowed to attend the training.
Trainees should maintain the required rules, discipline, and guidelines of training institute
during their stay.
Visitors are not allowed in the campus during the training hours.
