reportsontimeisaviolationofTheCodeofJudicialConduct.Rule3.15(B)saysA

providedbytheCommissiononJudicialQualifications.Thejudgesreportforthe

his2013financialdisclosurereportshowsthathewastheTrusteeatMoundCity
ChristianChurchandthepeopleneedtoknowifhestillholdsthispositionasTrustee
andhisfailuretolisthispositionisaviolationofTheCodeofJudicialConduct.Thefact
thathedidnotfilehisfinancialdisclosurereportuntilafterApril15,2015whichisthe
lastdaytofileyourtaxeslookslikeheshidingeconomicinformationwhichisaviolation
ofthecodeofjudicialconduct.Onpage29ofTheExamplesofConductfoundToBe
Improperitstatesthatajudgewasinformallyadvisedthatpaymentoftaxesisalegal
obligationforwhichjudgesareresponsible.Ialsofeelthatsincehisfinancial
disclosurereportwasnotfilledoutbyApril15,2015andthathedidnothave
