About Us
Engineers syndicate is a privately owned contracting company started in 1984, in a modest way, by taking
contracts for installation of steam boilers and laying of steam pipelines, boiler related accessories i.e. feed water
tanks, day oil tanks, exhaust chimneys and insulation of various equipment. We gradually increased our

FABRICATION facility where we are carrying out fabrication in MS/CS/SS of various equipment including

Services

Steam Generation and Distribution

We have installed steam generation and distribution systems (Both IBR and NON IBR systems) for Hospitals,
Hotels, Laundries, Educational Facilities and Industry.
For each project maximum utilization of steam is carried out so as the system remains cost effective, at the
same time decreasing the payback period of the same. These systems are installed with CONDENSATE
RECOVERY SYSTEM which recovers the maximum heat lost due to condensation during transmission
throughout the piping network and routes it to aid any other hot water requirement. This in-turn also increases
the machine efficiency since the machine gets 90% Dry steam once condensate is removed. Contact us to visit

Hot Water Generation and Distribution system

We have been pioneers of hot water systems for 3 decades now.

We have installed Hot Water Generators for Hotels, Hospitals, Colleges, Guest Houses and Industry as well.
These systems are installed with full automation to expend minimum energy and get maximum output
Hot water Generators can also be coupled Solar Water heaters and placed in complete automation, providing
24X7 hot water at the same time reducing the operational costs.
We have also installed residential water heating solutions (Electrical/HSD Fired/Gas Fired) which are designed
specifically to suit your requirements.

Fire Hydrant and sprinkler system

We Design, supply, install, test, and commission the Fire Fighting system for any area while following NBC
(National Building code for firefighting). We have installed these systems for Hotels, Hospitals, IT Buildings,
Educational Institutes and Industry too
We pride ourselves in strictly following the NBC and maintaining highest quality standards, using automatic pipe
thread cutting machines which are highly portable and accurate.
For malls, hotels, IT Buildings and hospitals which require different ceiling heights or lease out their spaces we
provide a quick-fix solution for Pendant Type sprinkler connection using flexible hose (1 Meter long) along with
installation of Fire Hydrants too.
We also carry out Fire fighting for Electrical Rooms and Substations
These systems also known as clean agent systems are widely used where the environment needs no tedious
cleaning after the extinguishment of fire like computer rooms, control rooms, record rooms, libraries, electrical
hazards such as switchgear rooms, substations, battery rooms etc.

 DG Low Side Works

We design, supply & install DG exhaust systems with complete structural design/fabrication, piping and related
accessories like expansion bellows, silencers etc.
We also fabricate and install self-supporting structures and chimneys for exhaust of flue gases

Cooling Tower and Cooling Water Pipelines

Wherever DG sets are not Radiation cooled we Supply and install Cooling towers, complete with piping, to run
DG sets on heat exchanger cooling system
In industrial applications as well as in Hotels and Hospitals too, we have installed cooling towers for their
respective application

 Fuel Oil Storage and Handling System

We have completed over 300 projects of HSD storage and distribution for various clients ranging from Hospitals,
Hotels, Housing Facilities, Industry, Educational Facility and many IT Buildings. We are the pioneers in this field
and have developed an automated system refined over a period of 30 Years. Our fabricated storage tanks are
manufactured at our own sister concern facility for which we arrange client visits for testing (Hydro/Pneumatic).
We supply and install HSD/Fuel Oil/Furnace Oil storage systems of varying capacity,
We have installed fuel oil storage tanks ranging from 1000 Liters to 2, 00,000Ltrs, Underground and above
ground storage tanks, designed according to customer requirements
Coupled with the storage tank we also install fuel delivery system from the storage yard till the usage point in
complete automation.
For DG sets we carry out fuel (HSD) delivery system from Underground/Above ground storage tank to buffer
tank, from buffer tank to Day oil tank and from day oil tank to DG set. This system is coupled with an overflow
and a drain system too.
We also provide liaison services for licensing from the Electrical as well as Explosives Authorities.

 Hot Water Generators(Electrical/HSD Fired/Gas Fired)

We offer a range of Hot water generators which can be either electrical or fuel fired. We have engineered our
HWGs over a period of 3 Decades and now offer the latest and the most efficient technology at extremely

We manufacture Electrical Hot water generators with capacity ranging from 50 Liters and above.
We also Supply HSD and Gas Fired Boilers for Hotels, Restaurants, Guest Houses etc with capacity ranging
from 13,000 Kcal to 5,00,000 Kcal.

Heat Exchangers
We manufacture shell and tube type heat exchangers(IS 4503) and heat exchanging tanks for various purposes

Reaction Vessels
We are manufacturing Reaction vessels for various industrial purposes, from medical industries to chemicals
and food industries. These reaction vessels are provided with Limpet coil or Jacket for Heating/ Cooling

Calorifiers
We manufacture Hot Water Calorifier, which is extensively used in Hospitals, Hotels, Hostels and Community
Centers, etc for washing, cleaning, bathing and kitchen services. Hot Water Calorifier supplies hot water in a
large variation at immediate demand and desired rate.
o Storage type Calorifier
The Hot Water Calorifier is equipped with a storage tank of required capacity, to heat stored
water. The heating of water is precisely maintained by temperature control system. Depending
on the availability and utility, heating arrangement shall be either electrical, steam or hot oil
system. These Hot Water Calorifiers are available in vertical or horizontal shapes to suit the
space requirements. Number of calorifiers can be installed in parallel, connected to a common
header for larger installation and broad demand range. Based on heating principle, we have two
varieties of Calorifiers, one is convection only, and the other is Maximizer with forced circulation.
We offer Hot Water Calorifiers, which are Pre-insulated or without Insulation(Insulation is done at
site).

 GAS BANKS
We offer System Design & Engineering of the Gas Bank according to usage and delivery parameters
considering safety and good engineering practices to meet your energy needs. The system design and
engineering is carried out in accordance with appropriate rules and standards. Our technical experts have more
than 20 years of expertise and experience across continents in LPG system design.
We Manufacture, supply and Install
1. VOT (vapor off-take) manifold system : manufacture, supply and installation of cylinder manifold
which Includes LPG adapters & pipes, pipe fittings, valves, thermal relief, slam shut off valve,
strainers, non-return valves, pressure gauges, fire buckets, stand, fire extinguishers, instrumentation,
electrical panel and pressure regulating station.

2. LOT (liquid off-take) manifold systems : manufacture, supply and installation of cylinder manifold
which Includes LPG adapters & pipes, pipe fittings, valves, thermal relief, slam shut off valve,
strainers, non-return valves, pressure gauges, fire buckets, stand, fire extinguishers, vaporizer,
instrumentation, electrical panel and high pressure regulating station.

3. LPG Distribution Network: We undertake LPG/PNG pipeline contracts on turnkey basis from the
storage or safety area up to the combustion system installed on equipments. The scope of work
includes the complete design, engineering, procurement, erection and testing of the LPG pipelines.

We also carry out installation of equipment other than the manifold system which is installed outside the shed
and the yard. It includes pipes, pipe fittings & valves, secondary pressure regulating station, pressure gauges,
hoses to burner, supports, filters, safety shut off devices and other desired fittings to give continuous LPG supply
for the production.

We offer structural fabrication of
1. Steel Silos : We engineer and fabricate custom steel silos to meet the needs of any application in
the agricultural, food processing, chemical, and fertilizer industries. Cylindrical silos can be produced
from carbon steel or stainless steel with apron, skirted, legged, or elevated support systems.
Additional accessories such as ladders, catwalks, level indicators, round to square transitions,
oversized flanges, explosion vents, and hatches can be integrated into any custom design.
Silos can be sized up to 94 high and 24 in diameter, and are designed to store dry media up to 250
tons. After fabrication, silos can be custom painted as well as lined with custom internal coatings
specific to your application. The typical design and fabrication process includes 1 to 2 weeks for
drafting, 2 weeks for engineering, and 8-10 weeks for fabrication and delivery. We have over 30
years experience creating quality steel structures for customers.

2. Heavy Structural Fabrication & Erection: Catering to the demands of varied industry verticals, we
offer our clients with Heavy Structural Fabrication & Erection setups. Our structural fabrication
services and erection services are rendered by making use of mild steel & stainless steel and are
available in cross section of special sections such as angles, channels and beams and joists.
Reckoned for their qualities of rust resistance, longer service life and better rolling and cutting
tolerance, our structural setups are available in various sizes and specifications.
3. Self-Supported Chimney: We design, fabricate and install self-supported chimneys for industry as
well as hotels, hospitals and other buildings. Fabrication is carried out according to design provided
by client or if required, designed by us. We offer the structural fabrication using High Quality and
superior finish Arc/ SMAW/MIG Welding.

Manufacturing Facility

We have an in-house manufacturing facility where we are carrying out fabrication, in CS, MS and SS, of various
equipment including storage tanks, support structures, pressure vessels, and pipelines.
We value our customers need for quality and hence we provide factory visits for testing and visual check-ups of
fabricated items.
On request we also provide third-party testing of our products
Our manufacturing facility is accredited with PESO(Petroleum and Explosive Safety Organization) and has
approval to manufacture, supply and install Pressure vessels, storage tanks for LPG and other gasses with their
associated equipments
