Discussion Forum

Attendance and Attention are both important

LectureNotes
The notes will be regularly available for download in PDF
format at NTULearn
Please note that, for ease of reference, equation numbers in
the Class Notes follow those in the Textbook by SEMD
(Seborg, Edgar, Mellichamp and Doyle Third Edition)
Class Notes are mainly adapted from SEMD (Text Book)

TentativeAssessment
Assignments:

10%

Will be uploaded on the NTULearn with the submission deadline

Quizzes (Announced):
Final examination (Open Book):

30%
60%

CoursePolicy
Completed assignments should be submitted through box
labeled CH3101. No late assignments will be accepted.
There will be no makeup quizzes. Zero points for no show up.
Exceptions for absent due to medical reasons (with valid
proof). In this case, points will be awarded based on your
performance in the final examination
Active note taking in the class is encouraged. Please provide
feedback on teaching (such as too fast or too slow), and
feedback on your expectation from the course during the
semester
