For: Normal & P1 Shift Employees

For those requested to work on Public Holiday, the OT rate for the first 8hours will be 2.0, subsequent hour will be 3.0.
For: P2 Shift Employees
(On 17th July 2015)

Shift A & Shift C whose Public Holiday falls on their off day. If they requested to work on that day, they shall be paid for the OT rate for the
first 12hours will be 2.0, subsequent hour will be counted as 3.0.

Shift B & Shift D whose Public Holiday falls on their working day, the OT rate for the first 12hours will be 2.0, subsequent hour will be
counted as 3.0.

Shift A & Shift C whose replacement holiday falls on their working day, if the requested to work on that day, they shall be paid 2 X hourly rate
of pay
Any employee is found absent himself or herself without reasonable excuse on a working day preceding or succeeding a gazette public holidays, he or
she will not be entitled to any public holiday pay. Written application should be made before commencement of the desired leave.
