9. E – L DIVIDE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN DIGITAL DIVIDE
Regarding the user-experience learning within global phenomenon of webification or convergence
among Web 2.0, Mobile Technology and Users-experiences, we decided to define “E-L DIVIDE” stands
for E (electronic digital ICT device aspect) and L (human side aspect in learning experience strategy) gap,
which is showing more urgent problem than DIGITAL DIVIDE issues regarding the gap within the people
in a nation, based on the assumption that dynamic of learning process will be prominently needed amid
decreasing gap in DIGITAL DIVIDE. E-Learning itself resulting of its evolution from just as multi media
technology and distance learning tools, currently becoming a normative educational platform carrying
out Social Constructivism Learning mission. We have given also the definition of “E-L DIVIDE” as follow :
“E-L DIVIDE ” refers to the gap between people with effective usage in utilizing “E” (electronic digital ICT
devices) aspect to their “L” ( human side in learning experience strategy ) aspect and those with less

10. CLOSING THE GAP BETWEEN CAMPUS LEARNING WITH CORPORATE LEARNING
We combine two learning styles, Campus style such as SPICES Model, PRISMS Model, Credit Hours
measurement, Scoring system etc and Corporate style by using CROSS FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS PROCESS
CLASSIFICATION FRAMEWORK (PCF) adapted from APQC’s (American Productivity and Quality Center)
Process Classification Framework in PT Mobee Inc as well as PT QB Youth Inc Internship program. The
impact of such Hybrid Learning style surely will close the prominent issue at national as well as global
level on the gap problem between the Campus Learning and Corporate Learning
