Regarding the user-experience learning within global phenomenon of webification or convergence
among Web 2.0, Mobile Technology and Users-experiences, we decided to define “E-L DIVIDE” stands
for E (electronic digital ICT device aspect) and L (human side aspect in learning experience strategy) gap,
which is showing more urgent problem than DIGITAL DIVIDE issues regarding the gap within the people
in a nation, based on the assumption that dynamic of learning process will be prominently needed amid

technology and distance learning tools, currently becoming a normative educational platform carrying
