Wall-mounted hand
Sanitizer dispensers were found
near the WoW and electrical outlet
e.g. at reception/triage and near
room # 0-713 etc. (see picture # 1
& 3).
Electrical Cables:
Trailing cables were found at
places e.g.:
TV in female waiting room (see
picture # 2)
Nursing stations
Room # 01-701
Education room # 01-704 (see
picture # 7)
Etc.
CPU of the computer was found
wall-mounted under the desk in
the doctors office # 0-735. The
CPU hits the legs when a staff is
working at the desk (see picture #
4).
Glass panel doors of the
cupboard in room # 01-714 were
found broken. Sharp edges of
broken glass (on the floor and
attached to the cupboard) pose a
risk of cut injury (see picture # 8).
Fire exit sign near door # 0-722
was not lit.

Identify suitable locations for hand

sanitizer dispensers that are away from
electrical and heat sources. Request and
coordinate with FCM to relocate wallmounted hand sanitizer dispensers.

Fire exit door # 0-722 did not close

by itself.

Needs repair.

Sluice Sink: Strainer was not

present in the sink in sluice room.
This may clog the drainage system
(see picture # 5).

Assess the need for installing the

strainer in the sink in coordination with
Infection Control to prevent the sink and
drainage system from clogging. Request
and coordinate with FCM (Hani Sayed)
for installing a suitable type of grid /
strainer.
