All UT/SIT/UAT defects to be logged

Resolve and fix simple and medium complexity tickets

SLA adherence as per project norm
Weekly update to timesheet
Timely reporting of issues to project lead / PM

Process Compliance

Adherence to Yash / Client process and quality norms


Understand the SDLC lifecycle

Knowledge Management

Contribution of utilities/tools/accelerators /project

Assist in preparation of training materials
