Dear Mr. OReilly:

I have spoken to our Chairperson, Pat OBrien, and provide below a more complete and formal response of Community Board No.
2 to the separate FOIL requests you made to Community Board 2 on July 29, 2015 (Request No. 1) and July 2015 (Request No.
2) respectively.

As for Request No. 1 seeking a copy of the minutes of the regular monthly meeting of the Board held on June 4, 2015, a copy of
the current draft version thereof is attached. As stated in my earlier e-mail, this draft has not been fully reviewed or finalized, and
does not constitute the final version of these minutes. This draft is subject to amendment and modification, and will only became
final after it is discussed and approved by a vote of the membership at the next full Board meeting in September.

A contemporaneous digital recording of that meeting was made on that day, and is available for replay at a mutually convenient
time. Please contact us here at the Board office to make arrangements for you to do so at a mutually convenient time, if you want
to listen to it.

As for Request No. 2 seeking documents relating to Mr. OBriens e-mail to you dated July 27, 2015, all documents located that
are subject to your request are attached. These are a copy of Mr. OBriens letter to Mr. Conley dated April 10, 2015, his e-mail to
you dated July 27, 2015, and his email to you dated July 29, 2015.
