AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING

This deed of Agreement dated 18.11.2013 entered into between M/s.G.V.Construction by


Mr. G. Arulmozhi son of S. Govindarajan residing at Door No.39/15, Meikaval Street,
Chidambaram - 608 001, of the First part (hereinafter referred to as the builder).
And
Smt.A.Chandra wife of G.Asokan pillai at West Street in Rs.no.13/1part,259/7part
kuriyamagalam Village Chidambaram Taluk, of the Second part (hereinafter referred to as the
building owner)
Parties of the first and second part name above viz Builder and owners enter into The
Agreement for construction of Ground floor at West Street in Rs.no.13/1part,259/7part
kuriyamagalam Village Chidambaram Taluk.

1)

The Builder (Party of First) under take to construct Ground floor building in scheduled
mentioned property for and on behalf of the owner as per the terms and conditions agreed
below.

2)

The working plan is approved by the building owner and the builder is agreed to
construct the same the plan is attached in this Agreement as annexure I.

If the basic materials Cost is exceed more Then 7% from the basic rates, If shall be boned
by the owner.
