In India, Deloitte LLP has the following indirect subsidiaries: Deloitte & Touch Assurance & Enterprise Risk Services India
Private Limited, Deloitte Consulting India Private Limited, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services India Private Limited, Deloitte
Tax Services India Private Limited, and Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited. These entities primarily render
services to their respective U.S.-based parents and are collectively referred to as Deloitte U.S India or U.S India.
The Deloitte U.S. Firms in India operate four function specific subsidiaries:

Deloitte & Touch Assurance and Enterprise Risk Services India Private Limited

The Deloitte & Touch Assurance & Enterprise Risk Services (AERS) practice assists U.S. and DTTL member firm
engagement teams under remote service delivery model and is dedicated to help organizations manage risk, improve
operational performance, and maximize enterprise value. The professionals bring in a business mindset combined with
deep technical knowledge and extensive industry experience to creatively address business issues across the full spectrum
of accounting, financial instrument valuation, security and privacy, governance, process improvement, data analytics, and
risk advisory disciplines.

Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited

Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited (U.S India Tax) commenced operations in January 2002. Since then, nearly all
of the Deloitte Tax LLP (Deloitte Tax) U.S. service lines and region have developed their affiliations in India.
The majority of Tax professionals in India are engaged in the preparation of a variety of tax returns, including federal, state,
property taxes and along with numerous specialty activities, such as the design, implementation and administration of
employee benefits plans; tax equalization calculation; cost projections for internationally assigned employees; financial
analysis, etc. They play a very crucial role in delivering the Deloitte Client Experience to the clients across the globe.
Most of the work undertaken in India requires professionals in India to work directly with the U.S. professionals, thus making
them an integral part of the client service delivery team.

Deloitte Financial Advisory Services India Private Limited

Established back in 2004, U.S. India FAS plays an integral part in helping clients navigate critical transactions and business
events. Based in Hyderabad, the U.S. India FAS team members serve Deloitte FASLLP in U.S. The team supports all FAS
service lines, and is comprised of seasoned practitioners with hands-on experience working on engagements throughout the
world. U.S. India FAS professionals work on client projects in many of DTTL global network of firms key industries,
supporting a 24/7 model, and providing the scale and flexibility that allows project teams to fully capitalize on their
engagement opportunities.

Within a decade of its inception, U.S. India Consulting has evolved as a fully integrated practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP in
the U.S. and a global delivery hub for DTTL member firms. Built around three core capabilities advisory, implementation,

and managed services, the practice has a pool of high-caliber, industry-focused professionals, engaged on a number of
global engagements, across three service areas: Human Capital (HC), Strategy and Operations(S&O) and Technology. .

Key Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders in a virtual environment to support project delivery
Participate in client discussions / process design workshops to gather requirements (e.g. process / shared services /
vendor / technology) and design appropriate solutions (e.g. process maps / org sizing / org design / benchmarking /
vendor or technology strategy)
Support testing activities including creation of test cases, mining test data, executing test cases and defect tracking
(Testing could involve testing of processes / documentation / systems)
Support deployment activities including involvement in local design workshops, implementation and hyper care related
activities
Contribute to practice building and other internal practice initiatives
Gather information through research and conduct analysis
Derive insights and develop client recommendations
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design client solutions
Communicate and present to external and internal client as required

Key Job Responsibilities:

Communicate and present to external and internal client as required


Discuss with the client on their business processes, operations, applications and provide effective strategies to help them
maximize their investment and optimal utilization of their resources
Contribute on tasks that span across the various project phases of plan, architect, prototype, test, deploy and support. For
example:

Configure the systems as per the requirements, document the configurations, and create design documents for
potential configurations

Create and execute test scripts with relevant stakeholders to verify and validate the implemented solutions for
clients requirement conformance

Support deployment activities including involvement in local design workshops, implementation and hyper care
related activities
Continually track data points to report deliverable statuses with project leadership

General Expectations from candidates for both the profiles:

Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation)
Ability to build networks within the organization
Be able to work independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
Be able to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate
Interact with clients and subject matter experts on regular basis through face to face interactions/ video conferences/
teleconferences / mails to understand the client processes and business problems
Suggest practical solutions and partner with clients to implement the solutions
Have the ability to deal with ambiguity
Be proficient in MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage
Document, contribute and share knowledge to continually improve implementation processes, methods and tools
Willingness to travel internationally for extended duration of time (3 to 6 months)

Willing to be trained and certified in Workday / Oracle Fusion / SAP SuccessFactors
