This report now includes statistics for group Overview pages, number of events/tasks created,
content rating, and links located under the Content section.
This report now refers to the number of visitors (i.e., members) who have visited the group in the
last 30 days, rather than the total number of visits.
Data enhancements
To support customer expectations, some of the data presented in the reports now includes
changes such as how content views are counted, and how active users and content are consid
ered in time-bound reports. For detailed information on reports data, please consult the SAP
Jam User Guide.

In addition to the existing CSV download option, reports can be downloaded in Microsoft Excel
which provides better support for double-byte languages (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, Korean).
The following group reports have been updated to capture the contribution and viewing activity
of links in SAP Jam. In these reports, the Documents and Links columns now capture usage data
separately for documents and links under the Content section. Since the Links section is depre

Security options
A new menu has been has been added to the SAP Jam Admin page called SAML Local Identity Provider. This
new feature provides administrators a self-serve option for configuring the identity provider for integrations where
SAP Jam calls the OData API of the integrating application. These applications are configured in the External
Applications menu of the Admin page.
Previous to this new option, administrators were required to use the SuccessFactors Foundation (formerly BizX
Platform) as the local identity provider for the integration. SAP Jam can now act as the SAML local identity
provider for integrations. This new page allows the administrator to configure the private key and certificate for
the SAP Jam identity provider. This is now the recommended configuration over using SuccessFactors foundation
as the former requires direct interaction with support and is not self-serve.
1.18 Subgroups
The steps for joining a subgroup have been streamlined via the subgroup invitation.

Description
When you accept an invitation to join a subgroup, you are granted access to both main group and sub
