Applicant and his fiance are presently residing in Goa at the
above address.

As per the prevailing law in force sanctioned is required from

this Honble Court to register their marriage before the Civil
Registrar at Margao, Salcete, Goa.

That the Laws of the Portugal are in conformity with the laws
of this land and further there is no impediment whatsoever
according to the Laws of Portugal for the Applicant to get
marry in Goa, India.
