As a Financial Services Rep with MetLife I deal with clients on a daily basis assisting them with
their protection portfolios. I help analyze their insurance needs and then recommend and assist the client in

Automotive Experience: Over the past 20 years, I have had the opportunity to work for several large
companies in the automotive industry. Starting as a sales representative for the Fitzgerald Automotive
Group in Rockville, Maryland where I maintained a steady volume of sales with a store high CSI rating. I
learned how to order and maintain the new vehicle inventory, handle dealer trades, deliver and disclose
finance contracts, and earn salesman of the month honors 61 times in my ten years with the company.

As a member of the management team at Sawgrass Ford, I managed 40+ sales reps and 10 managers.
Trained, motivated, and maintained this team while helping to build one of the most dominant Ford dealers
in the country. I have assisted the service department with customer issues including Fords RAV policies.
I assisted in the ordering of and maintaining of a large new and used vehicle inventory and helped develop
ordering processes and reports designed to track and maintain inventories of fast selling units. As Lead
Desk Manager some of my daily duties included working deals with sales reps, appraising trades, closing
deals, and confirming deal information before turning it over to the finance department for delivery.
