0 Executive Summary
The 2.8 Genial Enterprise Company was established by a group consist of 10
students who are ambitious to create food product business that cater to the
demands and needs of students and for everyone. The 2.8 Genial Enterprise is a
partnership company which is made by an agreement between 10 people to finance
and operate a business. Partnership provides moral support and will allow more
creative brainstorming towards the product.
Chicken Egg Mayo and Natared Sprite are the essence of the sophisticated
brainstorm and also known as the companys food product. These two combinations
of simple food and beverages give the nutritional values and affordable price.
Chicken Egg Mayo is the snack made from eggs, typically with a flavory filling.
Chicken is used as the filling besides some additional such as carrots, mayonnaise,
onions and egg yolk. A boiled egg wrapped with kentucky flour give it more crispy
and crunchy texture look. From the ingredients used, the product is totally has a
great source of protein which is sustainable for others.
The uniqueness of the product is the fillings flavor itself in which it is mixed
up with a few ingredients to make it becomes more tasty and different from others.
However, for the service offered, the company will do some delivery service in order
to let the customers know better about the products sold. The company will sell the
coupon a week before the APK started to give the approach about the companys
product.
The target customers are mostly the UMS students, lecturers, staffs and the
visitors since the date will be on the week of graduation day. For the target market,
the company will focus on how to attract the customers as many as the team
members can. This is because; the number of customers determines the amount of
revenue of the company. The company will practice the good communication skill
with the customers as one of the important thing to take account. Besides, the
company will also put in trust of the cooperation and hard work among the team
members that will bring the success.
Other than that, the competitive advantages that the company will encounter
is the product sold cannot be found at other cafeteria or stalls in U.M.S. There are
two other main competitive advantages; firstly, the curiosity of customer will bring
the 2.8 Genial Enterprise towards gaining profits since the product and company is
still new in the market. Secondly, the creativity on the food products and services
are better than the others competitors since innovation on the product has been
implemented according to the consumer needs.
The 2.8 Genial Enterprise Company is a partnership company. There are
advantages in such form of business by having more expertise and more resources
for capital. The business risks can also be distributed and shared among
partners.Therefore, each partner will fund up the capital of RM60 and there will be a
total capital of RM600. The funds will be used to allocate on the budget of raw
materials and others such as advertisement and rental. Being a partnership, the
business
partners
necessarily share
the
profits
and
the
decision
making.
Furthermore, The 2.8 Genial Company may benefit from the combination skills of all
partners.
The idea of presenting healthy food business came across when everybody
seem aware and concern about the healthiness in daily life. In addition, the purpose
is to ensure the customers to enjoy this food that is safe to consume, high quality
and delectable. Lastly which is the upmost important, the hygienic of product
becomes the prominent factor among the market in the worldwide.

The business that we, 2.8 Gen Entrepise carry on is in the form of small food
stall. The human resources in administration consist of 10 members which each of
the members have their own responsibilities in the pose. The president always has
some ideas to organize the business. The secretary is responsible to record all the
details on every meeting, besides, she also have to complete the business proposal
on time. The treasurer has her responsibilities on dealing with money. The strategies
business promoting and is in charge by AJK promotion. The AJK logistic and
production have to make sure the food product dealing well on the day of starting
business. The AJK transportation has to travel to the market in order to buy the raw
materials and items needed. By the co-operation of all the members, the business
can be carry on smoothly on time.

4.1 Product and Service Description
The main company product is Chicken Egg Mayo .Others then the main
product we also use Natared Sprite as additional product.
First of all, the company prepares all the material that is needed in the

production of Chicken Egg Mayo and Natared Sprite. The companies also do a
survey such as comparing the price of material in the market to ensure the material
that uses are at the lowest price. This is due to reduce the budget and increase the
profit of the company. Chicken Egg Mayo is special menu because its company
secret recipe that ever been seen in the market. Chicken Egg Mayo also very
delicious and attractive. In this case, Chicken Egg Mayo is made and put in a
transference container. Besides, the stick and a piece of tissues paper also will
provide to customer. The tissue papers are given for clean up uses. The container,
stick and tissues is all can be recycle and environmental friendly. Since the expo
place near the library, so company target market will be the students, staff and
postgraduate.

4.2.1 Chicken Egg Mayo
The component of Chicken Egg Mayo is fried egg and the dressing is
coleslaw and chicken popcorn. The flow chart below shows the procedures:

The 2.8 genial enterprise next strength the pricing strategy. The company
was introduced to the business of chicken egg mayo and natared as company sole
business. The lower pricing can attract more people in buying company product.
Besides that, if the pricing are lower than company competitors` price, the demand
for product will increase, thus increasing the quality and sale revenue. The 2.8

Marketing skills are another example of company`s strengths. Most of the
members of

market can affect the company in selling the product. So, company can just focus
on only two products to sell to company customers. Company small capital is also
considered as a weakness of company. When the capital of the company is
undersized, the quantity of the production is also undersized. Thus fewer products
are sold, and less profit will be gained.
The appearance of the opportunities and threats in the market is caused by
the changing of the economic, social and politic factors. Opportunities are positive
trends that exist in an external factor and threats are negative trends that
happened as an external factor. The 2.8 genial enterprise company needs good
opportunities to develop company and product. When the income increases,
company can target company own return sale revenue. This is because when the
income of customer increase, a probability for a customer to come back will also
increase. Thus, it comes the term of repeat customer.
Besides that, company can use a good current situation of economic to
increase total company sales. This situation is based on the hoist of consumers`
income. This will increase the purchasing power of a customer. Company business
can be adjourned to customers very well if the current situation of economic is
good. Next, most of the customers take good care about health. The 2.8 genial

size will increase, with health issues on check.
Last but not least, the 2.8 genial enterprises are also aware about the treats
that can exist either inside or outside of the company. For example, the appearance

in order to achieve the sales target. These techniques were discovered from a lot of

entrepreneurs talks and extra. These strategies were discussed among the member
of the 2.8 Genial Enterprise and later it was implemented in this business of selling
the products.
6.3 Product Strategy
The 2.8 Genial Enterprise has survey the ordinary foods in current market and
its demand as a first step in making our business successful. The 2.8 Genial
Enterprise came to a conclusion to give customers something new as we obtained
the result. An idea of changing the ordinary food to extraordinary just came, better
in taste and good in quality. The 2.8 Genial Enterprise produce of new products
which are different in other market such as Nata Red Sprite and Chicken Egg Mayo.

Price is the strategy that bring revenue to company. Price will affect the
interest of consumer to buy. Consumers would not buy the product if the price of a
product is too low or high. This is because if the price is too low, the consumers will
think the product is not good enough and if the price is too high, the consumers will
not want to buy the product. Therefore, we need to consider many aspects to
decide the price of a product.

For boosting up the daily sales, the 2.8 Genial Enterprise has decided to sell
the products in lower cost and it is also to let everyone to try our delicious food. Our
idea of making revenue is not via the expensive selling price but it is via the
quantities that are going to sell. So that, to compete the other business rival, the
company must give the good price that is suitable with the sold product. The price
to sell our product is not more than RM4.00. Besides, we are considering
promotional set price to attract more customers to buy.
As a second step which is the publicity of our product, the 2.8 Genial
Enterprise, as suggested, to use flyers. The flyers containing brief information of
product, venue, time, date, and the product image will be pasted in strategic places
in UMS for students, lecturers, and staffs to view. The strategic places we choose
are as Kampung AB, Kampung CD, Kampung E, library bus stop, DBayu bus
stop, and rest of the bus stop in UMS. These flyers will be designed and printed in
A4 size for better reading and cutting cost.
The flyers will be uploaded in the social network such as Facebook, Twitter,
Instagram, and others for internet users to view. This flyer image will be made as
the social networks profile picture before the selling days. The products price,
ingredients information and nutrients in the product will be published in the social
network too.

The 2.8 Genial Enterprise also has decide to deliver the product information
to friends, coursemates, roommates, staffs and lecturers through verbally and faceto-face. The respective method will be useful for us to convince them to visit the
booth on that day or also for making pre-orders.
The 2.8 Genial Enterprise will choose direct channel which has no
intermediate to distribute the products. The product is directly sold to customers
from us.

7.1.3 Machineries
This new product is only starting. The production scale is small and still in the early
stage of public release. Therefore, no heavy machinery is needed at the starting of
production. Although, the company may need some machineries in the future
depending on the market demand as to increase production scale.

The quantity of raw materials that is going to be stored will be according to the
quantity needed during the two days of expo as to keep the stock cost to minimal.

From the above material cost we calculated/obtained, the original or basic
cost to make CHICKEN EGG MAYO is RM1.50 including the selling price. And it is
estimated will be sold for 100 pieces in two days. If we sold out 300 pieces of
CHICKEN EGG MAYO in two days, the profit we will obtain in two day is RM 87.00.

For the financial, the company might handle financial crisis if the profit is low or
there's no profit from the sales. It can occur if there is no effective financial strategy.
This can cause a very serious problem to the company if not handled well.
Raw materials are very essential in the company's business because the
business is selling foods that need good quality materials. Low quality raw materials
will result in low buying cost but it is not good for the customer and surely it is bad
for people's health.
There will be many competitors on the day of selling the products. So, publicity
is important. Low creativity in publicity of the company's product will result in lack
of customers.

As known, in this era the new company will faced with a world of competition to
successful on own work. For the first model of new generation the company
must have spirit to thinking out of the box so that our country will be success in
the world. Besides the most effective job that can archive good profit is to be a
businessman or businesswomen but an organization must be brave to take any
risk and wisely manage the risks that are not faced with a severe loss. When the
company join this program,the first things to learn is how to be a successful

businessman and businesswomen. The most important thing that the company
try is to be a creative and innovative person especially for university's students.
It also give the best experience for the members of the company that can be
use after graduate. The members can apply the skills to participate in the
workforce, especially in the field of business and economics. The most valuable
experience is that the company learn many soft skills when doing this particular
program that is how to lead the group, how to communicate with the customer,
how to work as a team so the business can be success and the entire problem
