This manifesto is a living document, constantly evolving, part of the

process of art itself. kkoagulaa is a living, constantly evolving entity,
a shout from the mountaintop proclaiming the primacy of the act of
creation.

All life is a collage of every form that has been engaged in a dance
with the chaos that calls forth new forms. Order dissolves into chaos
and then collapses into a higher form of order. This holds true for
galaxies, ecosystems, empires and civilizations. The Universe,
society, culture manifests in eternal change, and so should music and
art.

The artifacts of kkoagulaa too are not so many calcified forms, but
moments of the process of discovery captured. In a time when the
business and cultural role of music and art is becoming increasingly
destabilized, a quickening of chaotic activity ends up opening up new
possibilities. This period of chaos before new structures coalesce into
the next orthodoxy, before a possible return to and strengthening of
corporate hegemony, the creative community has an opportunity to stretch out beyond safe art and
safe social functions.

Better still, we see an opportunity to include everyone when we talk about the creative community.
Not in theory, not as a fluffy bromide to flatter an “audience” or a way to make “customers” feel
included in something when they’re nothing but another resource to be exploited. Art exists for you
to shape it, hijack it and remake, remix, reiterate and even reject it. It is for you to inspire thought,
critical thinking, re-consideration.

You are part of kkoagulaa. Your grandma is a node of kkoagulaa. Your cat is integral to kkoagulaa.
Art is commentary on society and culture, whether it is intended to or not. We have been sold a
notion that art is something the majority is to sit back and passively observe, if art plays a role in
daily life at all. It is vital that you reject that notion. Throw it out, public, go on, take the next step.

kkoagulaa declares that society, culture and all actions in space-time are examples of art, and by
extension magic, the continued creation of the Universe. All life, all processes, all art and the
Universe is partially finished. Nothing will be done until the Universe collapses in on itself. And
even then, the process begins anew.

You create the patterns you see in everything you behold, hear, touch and think about. You create
the meaning of a work of art. By looking at it, listening to it, reflecting on it, you complete the
creative act. should you take that symphony, piece of writing or painting and add your own touch,
cut it up and recombine the elements, you bring the process further.
 About kkoagulaa
A convergence of creative paths crossed in the final days of Manes, pointing to the inevitability of
the birth of kkoagulaa. The projects inception is an answer to the restrictions placed upon bands of
any genre. When it comes to stretching out beyond genre considerations, kkoagulaa represents what
happens when the walls between modes of expression are forgotten. Central visionary ccernn,
began with gathering the kkoagulaa kkollektivv of likeminded creative people: eemersonn
(Choronzon, Veil of Thorns, subQtaneous, Foolish People) and vvindd (Atrox, Manes, Drontheim,
Calmcorder). The next layer to be added around the kkollektivv is the kkontributorr kkaball
consisting of hatlen, hoemsnes (The 3rd and the Mortal, Manes), trstn (Chton, Manes, Lyrics - Keep
of Kalessin, Bloodthorn, Wåttamezz and Headspin).

The mission of kkoagulaa is to work in an expanded range of media and even to step outside
conventions of what constitutes avant-garde art and music. The art of kkoagulaa is the embodiment
of art called into question, and the answer. Brought into focus through a heaping of phases of
history, kkoagulaa is the deconstruction of art and a distillation of the soul found at the creative
center. As the canon of rock music and prevailing sub-genres crushes the possibility of revelation,
and certainly any pretense of revolution, the ubiquitous elements of the medium are examined.

Emerging from a history of leading and defining genres and movements like Avant-Garde Metal,
Post-Blackmetal, Psychedelic Industrial Blackmetal and Post-Rock, kkoagulaa has truly moved
beyond genre, genre hybrids and the now common game of the mix-and-match patchnwork
approach so often called progressive or avant-garde.

Both the project and the album are based in the ancient art of alchemy, the great work of turning
lead into gold. The lead of the noise and glare of modern life, of the leaden armor of ego and
persona that hampers free movement is gathered up and placed in kkoagulaa's alembics and
crucibles. The oppressive silence of the processes of the Machine are amplified so they can not be
ignored.
Improvising on memeplex patterns, achieving altered nation states, «Aurum Nostrum Non Est
Aurum Vulgi» is an advance guard of armies of brutalized art. Excessive inquisitiveness no longer
quelled by a chemical shroud of tranchant thought. Propaganda, that moat dug around the
consensual patch of reality is filled in, dirt dispersed in a great uncovering; kkreationn and kkaoss.
Dissociative engagement gives way to a detatched clarity.. All time is, then, now, after, all one

Fire

Violent and vengeful brightness and motion culminates in conflagration, an uncontrolled burning, a
hazard to life, health, property and ecology. Intentional or not, many simultaneous catalysts
throwing sparks are occurring at ever closer proximity to each other. Sabotage, diversion, and a
desire to be consumed en masse in the red heat of war. An orgasmic firestorm dance around the
central column of rising heated air induces strong inward winds, feeding the fire with the energy of
breath.

Djinn and salamanders are active in fire. The gold and orange of the state of chaos and consumption
of the outer layer, the ego, the lower right point of the pentagram, the three electron’s difference
between lead and gold.

Earth
The primordial Earth transformed, once a hot ball of liquid fire, now dry and cold. Shooting forth
black bile, an individual of melancholic disposition sits in solid darkness, all sensations tell of
thickness and quietness. The gnomic sphere has an outer core that generates a magnetic field,
convection movements in the core are chaotic, sometimes reversing alignment.
Earth is open to recieve and swallow up the physical, sensual aspects of life the feminine and
masculine together. The azure blue of a clear sky illuminates the lower left point of the pentagram.

Air
Movement in sky-bound sylphs, trailing blood, blood vibrates in sympathy. Random motion of
molecules, atoms, ions, electrons, thought, Moonchild of a sanguine temperamentAmorous,
cheerful people, energy in motion, by the light of the moon and in darkness. Between the
atmosphere and outer space exists no distinction, no point of separation. The atmosphere gradually
loses density and fades into space, but the energy flow, the breath of all being is constant.
Sounds of yellow and violet adorn the magickal blade thrust outward. We are made from the earth,
but symbolise air, the upper left point of the pentagram.

A cold and wet feeling, darkness and thickness and motion, purifier rituals to cleanse, symbol of
purification. Phlegm, liquid, apparent timorous types with a capacity to overwhelm and engulf.

death worldwide. Less than 1% of the world's fresh water (or about 0.007% of all water on earth) is
readily accessible for direct human use. From the western point of the compass comes winter and
