From the forum on T-Square:

Your nal topic proposal must consist of the following:
You idenNfy a communicaNon or communicaNon eort of an organizaNon. This could
be a manual, web site (or porNon of one), TwiRer campaign, periodic report format,
formal report format, etc. For example, you might note that a company has a TwiRer
campaign promoNng its wares, or that an engineering rm has a parNcular format it
uses for reports of a parNcular kind of test. Ideally, the communicaNon or eort will
be one where you have an insNnct or intuiNon that there is a beRer way of doing it.
You must idenNfy a person or persons responsible for that communicaNon. This can
be the CEO of a company, for example, but it would be beRer if it were a person
more directly responsible for the communicaNon or communicaNon eort.
You must be able to perform an analysis of the eecNveness of that communicaNon
or communicaNon eort. That could consist of usability tesNng, but it could also
include conducNng interviews or a survey of people who are users of or targets of the
communicaNon and assessing the communicaNon or eort based on their responses.
It will almost certainly also involve library research.
Your nal project will consist of the following components:
* A formal report analyzing the audience for, and assessing the eecNveness of, the
communicaNon or eort, directed at the responsible person.
* A redesign or reconcepNon of the communicaNon or eort.
* A leRer to the responsible person introducing the formal report and the redesign or
