Description: Deep depression is opening up again on MacArthur Blvd. at Park Blvd. Also farther East maybe 500
yards on MacArthur is a recently filled spot in the road that is sinking and is getting to be bad for driving over.

This is yet another example of the failed correct job of doing things with the city of Oakland. This is a major hub in in
Oakland to get on the freeway are off the freeway or drop the kids off to school. I wonder how many times before the

The patch work done by PG&E has degraded to a big pit and is a traffic and safety hazard for cars and bikes headed
South on Park Blvd or East on MacArthur Blvd. Thanks for getting this addressed promptly.

This issue was addressed today by OPW crew Photo attached was taken about 4pm today 12/18/2014. This issue
was resolved by one of the multiple trouble reports that were already open on this issue.

Forgive me being completely skeptical but how long is this going to last until the next torrential downpour. That'll
probably be in the next couple weeks. Or she's going to be another version of Oakland bad patch job work siphon
taxpayers money to fix a small problem that should've just been repaved.
