In collaboration with Corporate Counsel and outside accountants and auditors, completed a Jumbo 8K and quarterly filings
with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Coordinated the creation of several wholly owned subsidiary companies and directed their management teams.
Raised $400k in an initial capital formation.
Created a Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) to raise $2.5 million dollars.
