Increased business by about 20-25% by implementing a new strategy with the supplier. This strategy was collaboration
between the supplier and an external company leading to a shorter supply chain. As a result of the optimized supply
chain optimum quantities of raw material could be delivered. The increased business helped in expansion of the
customer base.
Established stronger partnerships with JSW Steel Limited, a raw materials manufacturer, by maintaining better
relationships and frequently visiting the management. This helped in obtaining surplus material when needed, getting a
preference over other companies. This increased inventory turnover by approximately 10 percent.
Carried out effective negotiations on goods transport cost with logistic vendors. The discount structure was based on
bulk requirement. This eventually led to approximately 5 percent cost saving per annum.
Improved debtor management by reducing turnaround time on customer payment by 30% while providing JIT (just-intime) supplies that helped the customer build value in their business.
All of the above factors led to an increased volume purchased from the supplier. Due to increased volume the supplier
issued a discount of USD 20,000 to the company.
Lead expansion drive into importing steel from China by performing collaboration with raw material supplier.

that resulted in increase of 1500% income tax processed in a period over 9 months at Government of India Enterprise.
Increased income tax processing speeds by 500%. This was while working onsite in a dynamic environment where the
client requirement often demanded critical action.
Ensured efficient offline income tax processing operations activities through managing manpower by overseeing the
moving and storage of documents.
Obtained a CGPA of 4.89 out of 5 in the Infosys Training Certificate Program. The training involved technical and
business soft skills sessions over a period of 7 months in the Infosys training campus in Mysore, India.

ACTIVITIES
City Team member with Janaagraha (NGO) in Jaago-Re campaign from 2008-2009. Organized a music concert,
