Module Purpose

This module defines the concept and scope of


Training Needs Analysis (TNA), provides an
understanding of qualitative and quantitative data
gathering
methods
for
designing
and
administering
data
gathering
instruments,
reporting findings using TNA report format for
training and non-training solutions at the three
levels
(organisational,
departmental
and
individual),
identifying
appropriate
target
participants for training programmes selected and
prioritised.

Terminal Performance Objective

At the end of the training, the trainers will be able
