ERVICE PREPARATION

1.Clear area around transmission case to pan abutment face to ensure dirt does not enter the
transmission.
2.Make sure the working area is clean and free froms dust.
3.The transmission should be warmed to normal operating temperature.
DRAINING THE TRANSMISSION
1. Lift vehicle on host or jack to free working height and support with safety stands.
2. Place countainer (at least nine litre capacity) under transmission to collect fluid.
3.to drain fluid, remove all except the front three pan bolts wich are then loosened
graduality to allow the fluid to drain over the rear of the oil pan.
4. Remove the oil pan carefully and drain remaining fluid.
REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF FILTER
1. Remove filter retaining clip, nothing the way in which it s fitted. Remove filter by
pulling straight down, ensuring old seal does not remain in the valve body.
2. Fit new filter and secure with retaining clip, making sure clip is correctly positioned and
wiring loom is not pinched.
REPLACE PAN AND REFILL
1. Assemble new rubber gasket on pan lip. Gasket should be free of any distortion when
fited.
2. Fitl oil pan bolts to case and tighten to 4.5Nm (40lbs/ins).
3. Partially fill the transmission with oil. this typically requres approximately four litres if
the torque converter is full. Start the vehicule in PARK with parking and foot brake applied
and the engine idling, Cycle the transmission gear selector through all gear positions adding
AFT until application is felt.
4. Add an additional 0.5 litres when gear application is felt in step three.
5. Fit and tighten fill plug to 30-35Nm.
6. Vehicule then is to be driven between 3.5-4.5 kilometres a light throttle so the engine
does not exceed 2,500rpm. This will result in the transmission temperature being between
45=55 degrees celsius.
7. Ensure vehicle is level with engine stopped for at least three minutes. Remove filter plug.
the correct level is reached when AFT is aligned with the botton of the fill hole. Top up as
necessary.
9. Replace filter plug, clean all remnants of oil residue from the transmission and tighten
plug to 30-35Nm.

SERVICIO PREPARACIN
rea 1.Cancel torno caja de transmisin para realizar una panormica cara de apoyo para
garantizar la suciedad no entre en la transmisin.
2. Cercirese de la zona de trabajo est limpia y libre froms polvo.
3.El transmisin debe calentarse a la temperatura de funcionamiento normal.
DRENAJE DE LA TRANSMISIN
1. Levante el vehculo en el host o jack para liberar a la altura y el apoyo que trabaja con
soportes de seguridad.
2. Coloque countainer (al menos nueve litros de capacidad) en la transmisin para recoger
fluido.
Fluido de drenaje 3.to, eliminar todos excepto los tres pernos del crter delantero wich
luego son aflojados gradualidad para permitir que el lquido drene sobre la parte trasera del
crter de aceite.
4. Retire la bandeja de aceite con cuidado y drenar el lquido restante.
EXTRACCIN Y REEMPLAZO DE FILTRO
1. Retire el filtro de la pinza de retencin, nada la forma en la que s equipado. Quite el filtro
tirando hacia abajo, lo que garantiza el sello de edad no permanece en el cuerpo de la
vlvula.
2. Coloque el filtro nuevo y seguro con el clip de sujecin, asegurndose de que el clip se
coloca correctamente y cableado no se pellizca.
REEMPLAZAR PAN Y RECARGA
1. Ensamble nueva junta de goma en el labio sartn. Junta debe estar libre de cualquier
distorsin cuando ciado.
2. Los pernos del crter de aceite FITL a maysculas y apriete a 4.5Nm (40 libras / ins).
3. Llene parcialmente la transmisin con aceite. esto normalmente requres
aproximadamente cuatro litros si el convertidor de par est llena. Inicie el vehiculo en el
parque con estacionamiento y el pie del freno aplicado y el motor al ralent, Ciclo de la
palanca de cambio de transmisin a travs de todas las posiciones de marcha aadiendo
AFT hasta sentir aplicacin.
4. Agregue un adicional de 0,5 litros cuando la aplicacin de engranajes se siente en el paso
tres.
5. Ajuste y apriete el tapn de llenado de 30-35Nm.
6. Vehicule entonces va a ser conducido entre 3.5 a 4.5 kilmetros de un acelerador de luz
para que el motor no sea superior a 2.500 rpm. Esto dar lugar a la temperatura de la
transmisin que est entre 45 = 55 grados celsius.
7. Garantizar vehculo est nivelado con el motor detenido durante al menos tres minutos.
Retire el tapn del filtro. el nivel correcto se alcanza cuando AFT est alineado con el
botton del orificio de llenado. Rellene segn sea necesario.
9. Vuelva a colocar el enchufe del filtro, limpiar todos los restos de residuos de aceite de la
transmisin y apretar el tapn de 30-35Nm.
