Low Visibility Procedures
LVP in use when RVR below 800m or CEIL below 200ft.
ARR:
During LVP CAT II/III use RWY 25L/R for LDG.
Leave ILS sensitive area by alternated yellow and green TWY CLL.
DEP:
During LVP CAT II/III: RWY 25R/L shall be used for TKOF.
A follow-me car is on stand-by when RVR at TDZ is less than 400m.
DEP ACFT use following CAT II HLDG points:
- via B1, backtrack not permitted
- via P3
- via A1.
Intersection TKOFs are not permitted except when entering RWY 25R via B1 and A1.
TWY Restrictions
TWY A1, N4-N6, R1, R2, V1, W1, W2 width 20m / 66ft.
TWY N6, U MAX wingspan 36m / 118ft.
TWY N5 MAX wingspan 52m / 171ft.

Standard Taxi Routes
General
- GND OPS are controlled by two sectors: GND N and GND S.
- The division line of the area of responsibility of each sector runs through Pier B. All TWYs east of RWY
01/19 are assigned to GND S.
- ACFT will be transferred to the appropriate TWR to enter or cross an active RWY.
- Transfer of CTL and COM point between GND N and GND S is TWY INN 8 or OUT 8.
RWY 25L/R
- DEP from GND N will expect to DEP from intersection B1.
- DEP from GND S will expect to DEP from intersection W41 or W42
- CLR to cross RWY 01/19 on routes E4-F4, E5-F4 or E6-F5 may be given by GND.
- ARR ACFT on 25L proceeding via E1 or E3 will receive CLR to cross RWY 01/19 from TWR.

GENERAL
RWY 01, 07L/R
- DEP TFC that requires to cross RWY 07R will be transferred to TWR for crossing CLR.
- DEP TFC from RWY 07R will receive line-up CLR on GND S.
- ACFT vacating RWY 01 via TWY E1, E3 or E4 may expect instructions to contact GND S.
- ACFT vacating RWY 01 via TWY E3, E6, B1 or A1 may expect instructions to contact GND N.
- When RVR below 400m, ACFT requiring full length, DEP shall route via E6-F5 (due to missing CLL
on TWY F4 and W3). TM MID section RWY 01/19 is used to determine RVR value.
- Routes W2-F3 or Y-F3 are not AVBL when RVR below 400m.
Parking
Visual Docking Guidance System AVBL.
If no docking device is provided, REQ marshaller assistance. Wait for marshaller on TWY line before
turning into stand.
Stands 140-174, 201-240, 350-354 and 680-699: Docking guidance system AVBL. Guidance to these
PSNs may be executed by marshaller O/R via GND.
APU
Restricted to 5min after block-on and 15min before EOBT. Parking PSN 140-172, 201-240, 680-699
are equipped with 400Hz and preconditioned air (PCA).
Warnings
Occasional laser lights may be active within a radius of 3NM from THR of RWY 25L and RWY 25R.
Wildlife hazard. Report wildlife strikes immediately to ATC.
ARRIVAL

Lido 2014

Speed
MAX IAS 250KT at speed limit point. If radar vectored before reaching speed limit point reduce to MAX
IAS 250KT when entering radar vectoring area or below FL100.
Initial APCH MAX IAS 220KT.
Maintain IAS 220KT until established on LOC. Cross OM (RWY 01/25L/R) and D4 IBM (RWY 19) at IAS
160KT, if unable ACFT will not be accepted during 0700-0900, 1200-1300, 1600-1900 ATA.
If unable to comply, inform ATC and state speed applicable.
Communication
Remain on TWR until instructed to contact GND.
If active RWYs are 01 and 07L/R:
After vacating RWY 07R, 19, or 25L expect to contact GND S and after vacatig RWY 01 or 25R expect
to contact GND N.
COM Failure
If an ACFT does not land within 30min, must leave CTR and TMA on a track of 290 MAG from BUB VOR
(R290) at 2200ft or below.

2200-0459: APCH from KERKY to RWY 25L/R: MNM FL70 until R360 BUB.
Simultaneous ILS APCH RWY 25L/R
Simultaneous dependent/independent IFR APCHs are in progress (announced by ATIS).
If an ACFT being radar vectored does not receive LOC interception instructions, the pilot will intercept
ILS/LOC course serving the assigned RWY by himself.
In case of COM Failure before RWY assigment execute an ILS APCH on RWY 25L.
ILS APCH
Intercept ILS GP not below:
2000ft for RWY 25L/R respectively 3000ft and 2000ft when simultaneous APCH's are in progress.
2000ft for RWY 01.
3000ft for RWY 19.
Radar APCH: ACFT performing SSR APCH without ILS assistance shall not descend below 2000ft before
reaching 6NM from touchdown.
Visual APCH: Do not descend below 1800ft before intercepting APCH slope of the PAPI.
Continuous Descent Operations (CDO): on RWY 25L/R and 19.
2300-0459: CDO AVBL at ATC discretion or at pilot's request.
0500-2259: CDO AVBL at ATC discretion only.
Reverse: Except for safety reasons, reverse thrust shall not be used at other than idle power. Use of
reverse on APN prohibited at any time.

Special Procedure
Between 2200-0459 DEP from RWY 25R shall start their TKOF at beginning of RWY and preferably a
rolling TKOF from P3 shall be made.
Intersection TKOF
With a VIS of MNM 2KM, ATC may authorize a intersection TKOF.
To expedite departing TFC when RWY 01 is in use, DEP on RWY 07R from PSN "H", line-up PSN 1 or
line-up PSN 2 will be assigned by ATC.
Line-up RWY 07R
Line-up PSN 1 on the left and right beyond the PAPI at 461.4m / 1514ft from displaced THR RWY 07R.
Line-up PSN 2 on the left and right at 743.7m / 2440ft from displaced THR RWY 07R, between TWYs
C6 and C5.
Line-up PSN H (Heavy) on the left at 194m / 636ft from displaced THR RWY 07R.
ATC Climb Requirements
All TFC shall initially climb to FL060, unless instructed otherwise by ATC. In addition;
SID LNO 2D/4Z, SPI 2D/5Z, SOPOK 3D/4H/4J/5Z, PITES 3D/5H/5J/4Z, ROUSY 3D/5H/5J/4Z,
CIV 3C/6H/6J/1Y/1W:
- Routing via SOPOK-ETENO-ROPUV and planned above FL245 shall cross BULUX at FL170 or above
and ETENO at FL250 or above.
- Routing via REMBA-RITAX shall cross REMBA at FL100 or above.
- Routing via RITAX-ROUSY or RITAX-PITES and planned above FL245 shall cross RITAX or abeam at
FL250 or above.
- Routing via CIV-MEDIL and planned above FL265 shall cross MEDIL at FL210 or above.
SID SOPOK 1Y/6C/1W/2Q, PITES 5C/1Y/1W/1Q, ROUSY 5C/1Y/1W/1Q:
- Routing via SOPOK-ETENO-ROPUV and planned above FL245 shall cross ETENO at FL250 or above.

Pilots at a stand with a docking guidance system (e.g. Pier A or B, P60): TOBT is displayed from
EOBT-20MIN onwards and TSAT appears at TOBT-5MIN.
Pilots at a stand with no docking guidance system (e.g. remote stands): TOBT can be obtained from the
Redcap/Loadmaster and the TSAT becomes AVBL at DLV from approx. TOBT-10MIN onwards.
Start-up shall be requested from DLV or via Data Link in accordance with the related TSAT5MIN (TSAT
takes the ATFM slot in consideration, if any). Early REQ without FPL update are only allowed as of EOBT
-15min. The start-up request shall only be made when the ACFT is "ready" (see TOBT definition) and
when push-back (if required) becomes AVBL. Pilots must check the push-back availability before
requesting start-up.
Push-back and/or ready for taxi shall be done within 5MIN after reception of ATC CLR. TWR will be
advised if the latter is not possible and delay is expected.
The push-back sequence is based on TSAT, not TOBT. Push-back vehicle will become AVBL at
TSAT-5MIN.
Pilots not calling at TSAT: ATC will only issue a new TSAT after receipt of an updated EOBT.
ACFT requiring full RWY length shall include this in start-up REQ.
Clearance Delivery Service (DCL)
A CLR DLV service (DCL) through a Digital Data Link is implemented at EBBR TWR.
The DCL:
- via Data Link is implemented through ACARS.
- can only be applied to ACFT using SIDs whose specifications inlcude LVL requirements.
- via Data Link does not provide CLR revision. Any clearance modification will be by DLV.
REQ DEP CLR via Data Link only when fully ready for start-up in accordance with AFTM-slot if any (and
related TSAT +/- 3min) and when ACFT is ready.
In case of not receiving DEP CLR, contact DLV.
After reception of DEP CLR, send to the ground system the acknowledged meassage including the whole
content of DEP CLR received on board before contacting ground controller.
Before TKOF check consistency of SID delivered in DCL meassge with DEP RWY and FPL information.
Revert PROC in case of inconsistency.
Voice PROC shall be back up of DCL service.
DEP CLR received by voice shall supersede any data DCL DEP CLR.
Keep a continuous listening watch on DLV.
Push-back
Push-back compulsory on nose-in stands, except prior permission.
Apron 1 North
- Stands 144-158: Push back to push out line.
Apron 2 South
- Stands 201 and 205 L/R: Push and pull until abeam stand 211.
- Full ENG start only abeam stand 211.

De-Icing
For on stand de-icing: The TOBT value shall include the time at wich de-icing is expected to be finished.
The resulting TSAT is the target time to start-up in order to proceed to to the RWY HLDG PSN.
For remote de-icing: The TOBT is based on the remote de-icing sequence but is does NOT include any
assessment of de-icing OPS. However in building the pre-departure sequence, ATC will include the
waiting time for de-icing in the TSAT. De-icing must be requested as early as possible.
