RESOLUTION NO.______ 9TH-SP-02
WHEREAS, the Department of Budget and Management, Region XII, in its
review of the Supplemental Budget No. 2 of the Province of Sultan Kudarat has
disallowed the appropriation of P 3,900,318.64 for wages of emergency and seasonal
casual workers as it exceeded the Personal Services Limitation;
WHEREAS, the members of the August body, after considering the road
conditions prevailing in the province and the importance of fishery development, finds a
need to re-appropriate the disallowed amount for the maintenance of roads and Bantay
Dagat Program;
WHEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Ricardo A. Jamorabon, Jr., duly seconded by
Hon. Orfelina P. Segura and Hon. Jonathan Y. Barroquillo, it was
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to re-appropriate the disallowed Three
Million Nine Hundred Thousand Three Hundred Eighteen Pesos and Sixty Four Centavos
(P 3,900,318.64) for the maintenance of roads and Fishery Development Program/AntiIllegal Fishing (Bantay Dagat) in the Province of Sultan Kudarat;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to enact the following appropriation ordinance, to wit:

CENTAVOS FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF ROADS
IN THE PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT AND
FISHERY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM/ANTIILLEGAL FISHING (BANTAY DAGAT), FUNDS TO
BE
TAKEN
FROM
THE
DISALLOWED
P3,900,318.64 FOR PERSONAL SERVICES OF
EMERGENCY
AND
SEASONAL
CASUAL
WORKERS UNDER SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET
NO. 2 OF THE GENERAL FUND FOR FY 2002 .
Section 1. This ordinance shall be known as An Ordinance Re-appropriating
P 3,900,318.64 for the maintenance of roads in the province of Sultan Kudarat and
fishery development program/anti-illegal fishing (Bantay Dagat).
Section 2. The source of fund for this appropriation shall be the P 3,900,318.64
disallowed appropriation for hiring of emergency and seasonal casual workers under
Supplemental Budget No. 2 which was passed and approved by the Sangguniang
Panlalawigan through Resolution No. 253-9th-SP-02/ Ordinance No. 29 dated June 3,
2002.
Section 3. The amount of P 3,000,318.64 shall be re-appropriated for the
maintenance of roads in the Province of Sultan Kudarat and P 900,000.00 shall be reapproriated for Fishery Development Program/Anti-Illegal Fishing (Bantay Dagat).
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution-ordinance to the
Department of Budget and Management, Region XII, Cotabato City and all agencies
concerned for their information and appropriate action.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING RESOLUTION NO. 2003-60 OF
THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF BAGUMBAYAN ADOPTING
ORDINANCE NO. 2003-10, ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE
PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION OF A MUNICIPAL
ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE IN
THE
MUNICIPALITY
OF
BAGUMBAYAN,
SULTAN
KUDARAT.
WHEREAS, submitted for review in accordance with Section 468 par (a) (1) of
RA 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, is Res. No. 2003-60
of the Sangguniang Bayan of Bagumbayan, Sultan Kudarat;
WHEREAS, the said resolution embodies Ordinance No. 2003-10 which is An
Ordinance Providing for the Creation of a Municipal Economic Enterprise and
Development office in the Municipality of Bagumbayan, Sultan Kudarat;
WHEREAS, after careful perusal of the documents submitted, the August body
has determined that the passage of the herein resolution-ordinance has complied with the
requirements prescribed by law and it is within the scope of the prescribed power of the
concerned sanggunian and of the mayor;
WHEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Jonathan Y. Barroquillo, duly seconded by
Hon. Joaquin D. Lim and Hon. Orfelina P. Segura, it wasRESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to approve Resolution No. 2003-60 of the
Sangguniang Bayan of of Bagumbayan, Sultan Kudarat adopting Ordinance No. 2003-10
which is An Ordinance Providing for the Creation of a Municipal Economic Enterprise
and |Development office in the Municipality of Bagumbayan, Sultan Kudarat;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to Hon. Felipe T.

Allaga, Municipal Mayor of Bagumbayan, Sultan Kudarat and all agencies concerned for
their information.
