Duties & Responsibilities:

 Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points
marked in the relevant Inspection & test request (ITR).
 Verify with testing laboratory that all relevant test results related to
specific ITR meets the project requirement.
 Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work in compliance
with contract requirements, good construction practice and
compliance with approved shop drawings, & report to structural
engineer & construction manager.
 Make sure that material used comply with the approved material
approval request (MAR)
 Make sure that the Contractor's personnel are using the latest edition
of the approved shop drawings, method statement (MS), & ITR as
per the project matrix index.
 Report planning engineer & construction manager of any delay of
progress regarding site activities.

 Check site & whether condition for suitability prior to
construction/concrete work.
 Write daily report, measure work done & supervise site test.
 Record keeping of inspections, tests, work execute etc.
 Closely monitor concrete pours and check continuously concrete
materials delivered to site, ensure compliance with QA/QC
procedure, & ensure all concrete tests are carried out as per contract
requirements.

back filling, slab on grade.
 Supervision/Inspection of Super-structure activities like kicker for
RCC wall, RCC wall & column, RCC slab.
