experience base covering broad range of sectors, leveraging long-standing working
relationship with several industries include Manufacturing, Chemical, Automation,
Building Materials, Mining and Mineral, Telecommunication, Automotive. She also
has expertise in business regulatory analysis for the manufacturing sector. Prior
to Frost & Sullivan, she worked at Clarity Research Indonesia for 6 years as
Research Manager. Vita holds Bachelors Degree of Management from the

and analyzing and forecasting business growth and performance. Kavan, with his

Logistics and Public Sector, leveraging his long-standing working relationships with
leading industry participants. In his career, he has led several automotive and
transportation consulting projects in Asia involving new market entry strategies,
competitive benchmarking and strategic planning strategies. Kavan has done his
Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Bombay. He has done
his MBA from ICFAI Business School and he is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)

Rudy has over 13 years experience in marketing research,

long-standing working relationship with leading industry participants Senior
Executives include Automotive (cars, motorcycles, lubricants), Infrastructure

snacks), Telecommunication (cell phones). Prior to Frost & Sullivan, he worked at
Caltex Pacific Indonesia and as Research Manager at AC Nielsen Indonesia. Rudy
holds Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Bandung Institute of
Technology (ITB), he also holds Master of Business Administration from the
University of Denver, Colorado.

Tracy has more than 4 years of consulting and project
management experience across various sectors. As a Senior
Consultant in the Public Sector & Government Consulting
Practice at Frost & Sullivan, her key focus is to advise and assist government clients
achieve their economic and organisational objectives through industry
development, regulatory and economic analysis/review, and organisational
transformation within the public sector. Her expertise lies in master plan
formulation, industry roadmap development, economic impact analysis, and
investment promotion. She has completed numerous large scale consulting
projects across sectors such as Public Sector & Government, Tourism,
International Trade, and Energy sector. She has worked with leading government
agencies such as: BP Batam, Indonesia, Economic Planning Unit, Malaysia, Ministry
of Defense, Singapore, Singapore Tourism Board, Singapore, Institute for
Information Industry,Taiwan, Department of State Development, South Australia.
Tracy earned her Master of Science in Applied Finance from Singapore

Jyoti Nagrani, an Indian-Indonesian is the consulting analyst
of the Transformational Health APAC team at Frost &
Sullivan who is based out of Jakarta. She has two years of
consulting experience in the APAC healthcare industry with an especially strong
focus in Indonesia that includes engaging global clients ranging from big
pharmaceuticals, Hospital groups, and medical device companies in strategic and
tactical decision making. She had been involved in numerous healthcare consulting
projects in Indonesia ranging from market entry and marketing strategies,
competitive intelligence, and strategy consulting and implementation. She has also
been involved with one successful healthcare IPO in Indonesia. Prior to Frost &
Sullivan, Jyoti had worked as a System Engineer in Tata Consultancy Services, India
for 2 years. Jyoti has an MHA (Master in Health Administration) from Tata Institute
of Social Sciences, Mumbai, India and has degree in Biomedical Engineering from
MIT, India.

served as Head of Marine Empowerment and Agricultural Economics at

at Microsoft, Anthon began his career at IBM as an Engineer, Consultant, Project

before being promoted to Senior Manager of Technical Services. Anthon is a
graduate in Industrial Engineering from Trisakti University. He is certified ITIL
