Dr Sharon Tong obtained her Doctor of
Business Administration (Training and Human
Resource Development) and the Masters in
Business Administration (Training and Human
Resource Development) both from Newport
University (USA). Dr Sharon also holds a
Degree in Business Administration from RMIT
University, Australia and a LCCI Diploma in
Accounting. She has also being awarded
Distinguished Toastmasters (DTM) recognition,
a greatest honour that can be earned by
a member of Toastmasters International
in 2010. She was appointed by MLVK, the
National Vocational Training Councils under
the Ministry of Human Resources as a Pegawai
Penilai-Accreditasi Pengetahuan Terdahulu
(PP-APT) in 2000. She is a member of the
board of trustees with Women Institute of
Management (WIM), a non-profit organization
focus in helping disadvantaged women. She is
the Vice Chairman in Women in Logistics and
Transport, Chartered Institute logistics and
Transport Malaysia (WILMAS-CILTM)

With more than 26 years experience in
the freight forwarding industry, Dr Sharon
oversees the entire airfreight operations as the
Managing Director of A Freight Forwarding
Company. She implemented the operating
systems, which is capable of time/price
consistent airfreight service products. She
had been facilitating the airfreight module
in the Certificate in Shipping and Diploma in
Logistic Management program and Incoterms
with FMM Institute, KL since 2004 and had
conducted more than 45 programs.

Upon Faxing / Mailing the completed Registration Form to FMM
Institute, Perak, you are deemed to have read and accepted the
terms and conditions. The course would also be deemed as

Payment:
Cheques made in favour of FMM Institute should be forwarded
to FMM Institute Perak.
For SBL Scheme, an Attendance of 100% is a MUST, in any case,
employers will be billed in full.
Cancellation:
Must be in Writing with Reasons.
7 days before the course ~ No Payment Charged
3-6 days before the course ~ 50% Payment Charged
< 3 days before the course ~ Full Payment Charged
Participants who did not turn-up will be charged full payment.
Replacements can be accepted at no additional cost.
