CSM (Chopped strand mat) glass fiber and bottom side with 300gm/m2CSM (Chopped strand
mat) glass fiber. The top surface of the panel will have approved color glossy finish with
pigmented GelCoat and unsaturated polyester resin to be used for making the matrix. The
finished panel will have no voids and air gap between the lamination., The Fibre Reinforced
Plastic (FRP) made top part will be tied with frame by I micron electroplated (No10)X37.5mm
Flat head Countersunk wood screw at a distance 150mm c/c. Feet of the bench will be
capped by suitable quality rubber or plastic shoe to protect floor., The bench sample must be
prepared according to design & drawings and to be approved by Executive Engineer, LGED
