are actively seeking a qualified restaurateur for prime street-level, high
foot traffic restaurant space serving the thriving Dallas central business
district as well as the 171 guest room hotel and 186 apartment units.
Over $1.4M was invested in the restaurant build-out; including a fully
equipped state-of-the-art kitchen and eclectic chic design finishes
creating a suitable setting for a variety of cuisine options and a built-in
audience for everything from power lunches, special events, executive
dinners and a lively mid-week cocktail hour.
Tenant will be required to provide (i) breakfast, lunch and dinner (ii)
room service menu to be packaged by Tenant (delivery by hotel staff)
for our Hilton Garden Inn hotel guests.
Lease Terms

Minimum of 5 year lease with renewal options.
