Share Register Analysis Report

The Register Analysis report provides a detailed

analysis of shareholder movements over a weekly,
monthly or quarterly period and shows holdings, buys
and sells of both Fund Managers and Benecial
Shareholders.

Annual Report Tables Analysis

The analysis will provide information required to

populate the Shareholders' Analysis section as stipulated
by the JSE Listings Requirements.

Market Surveillance Report

Daily trade data from Strate is analysed showing net

settled positions of buyers and sellers on any given
day. The trade data is available on a T+5 basis from
Strate and is analysed on receipt. The report shows
fund manager purchases and sales (in the case of a
direct account) and if the trade was done through a
broker, the broker involved in the trade will be identied.

BEE Ownership Report

The BEE Ownership analysis report includes the

eective BEE Ownership of the company taking into
account the BEE components of the various
shareholder categories, e.g. public, private & assurance
companies, mutual funds, share schemes, etc.
The analysis also demonstrates a few scenarios when
some of the principles encapsulated in the BBBEE
Codes of Good Practice / Sector Code are applied.

Shareholder Analytics

Fund Manager Prole Report

These reports are ideally suited and applicable for the

preparation and planning of Investor Road-shows and
Presentations. They contain all the necessary and
relevant information that would equip any company
representative to condently and actively engage with
individuals representing various Institutional investors.

Peer Comparison Report

This report analyses holdings in any group of JSE listed

companies and compares it to holdings in your company.
The report includes the number of shares and Rand value
of holdings. It also contains a statistical indicator of
comparative holdings as well as the Rand value of shares
to be purchased or sold to align with peer averages.

Online Services

All the reports are also accessible and downloadable

via the online portal. Users would be assigned their
own username and password which would grant them
access to their relevant reports and tools. The Website
includes various other tools and informational content
which amongst others, would enable users to view and
interact with their data enriched share registers, create
their own graphs, download JSE market statistics,
lookup contact details of institutional investors,
trace holdings by Collective Investment Schemes etc.
