As a property investment consultant, in what way do you think

your calculations and/or graphical representations may be useful
or helpful for property investors or those looking for a home?
This report aims to investigate the apartment sales price in Kajang for
observation of prospective property investments. The four sub areas that
were surveyed for data includes, Kajang Utama, Sungai Long, Sepakat
Indah, and Taman Sri Kejora.
Data was collected through means of two statistical methods. Firstly,
descriptive statistics method which is represented through the numerical
values of mean and median. The second method standard deviation
calculation represented by the variance and standard deviation.
The data collected above helps a property investor in many ways.
For starters the sub areas picked under Kajang are strategic locations
located nearby important amenities such as hospitals, schools, grocery
stores and most importantly public transportation.
The mean data collected shows the average price for the given sample.
Judging from the average price from the areas listed above, property
investors can determine which area is suitable for them to invest their
money in
The median data shows the middle price for a given sample of property
price.
The variance measures how far each price in the set is from the mean.

The standard deviation in the other hand is a measure of the disperson of
a set of data where in this case we are referring to the price from its
mean. The more spread apart the data, the higher the deviation.
Standard deviation is calculated as the square root of variance .
