Interview Question and Answers list

1.What is the toughest problem you have had to face? And how did you
overcome it?
2.Was threre a person in your career who really made a diffrence?
As a matter of fact I have two person in my life that makes a diffrence and
set up a good example. First is my history teacher from gymnasium, we
called her Nazi, becuse obviously she was strict, old kind of profesor. She
realized that I have higher interest in history, catch diffrent things, have
much informations than others students, and she pushed me harder, never
gave me a straight A, and I had work twice more than others for smaller
grades. But she learn me to be more perseverant, reach and grab further .
Other person is my friend who is very hardworking person, he has
demanding and tought job but he always find time to be there for others.
He is having little project, with main aim to help kids who do not have a
chance to do sports, and by selling T-shirts he collects money and buy
equipment for charity childrens organisation. He learn me to never give up
from things that you like, and with good organisation you can handle more
than you can think.
3.Why do you want to work for this organization?
Based on research I have done Wizz air had their first flight on the May
2004., and today Your are having 380 routes from 21 base and I want to be
a part of this company which is rapidly growing, never sleeps and working
hard to responde to all demands that you have from your clients. This is
the company I have been looking for and where my skills like teamworking, multi-tasking and good organization can be use and make things
happen.
4.In what ways do you think you can make a contribution to our company?
My personal opinion is that cabin crew is the face of the company and all
his quality is also quality of company, and for that my personal skills like
problem solver, I have ability to see situation in the different perspectives,
and get job down even in face of difficult obstacle, also I am good in
working in the team and in my previous job many times I had work in
small or in large groups of the people and I had attended in many
workshops that have this model of work,also good organization is the half
the work and all that can be very helpful for my future in these business
and it the end very good for Your company.

5.What have you done to improve relations with your customers?


Each and any customer is diffrent and dificult in their ways, and have
diffrent needs and becuse of that I treated them according their needs.

6.What specific training did you have for your last position?
When I worked like a promoter for brands like Nestle, Samsung,Canon, etc.
before every campaign we had training about new products, how to work
with customers, how to advertise not only product but the whole company
and it was very usfull to me, becuse I learn lot marketing strategies.
7.If you are asked to take a flight across country and back unexpectantly,
how would you handle this?
Knowing that I applied for this line of the work and position, I knew before
getting into it that this could be possibility, I would handle it positively, be
willing and ready to go.
8.How would you handle a situation where one passenger complainted
about passenger next to him, snoring too loudly?
First thing that I would do is to see if there are any other available seats to
switch him in to. If not I would gently wake up passenger and suggest him
to change position to be more comfortable for all. Or I would suggest him
to put ear plugs so he do not have to hear him.
9.If you had a passanger that could not keep calm, due to anxiety of a
plane crash, how would you calm them down?
I would firstly try and move them away from whatever it was upsetting
them, for instance the window. Then I would try and reassure my
passenger that they have nothing to worry about and offer them a blanket
or something to drink to get their mind off of the problem.
10. How long do you see yourself as a flight attendant?
I imagine a professional flight attenad as a person able to maintain his
pshysical and mental fitness, his interest and enthusiasm for the specific
of the job throught the years. Only if these conditions are met in my own
case, I would love to practice this profession and only this.
11. How tolerable are you of people?

I am open-minded person and I can easily communicate and understand


with diffrent people in diffrent situations. Always answering demands of
the customers with a big smile on my face like I am used to.
12.Tell me what you know about our airline?
Your airline is the the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern
Europe, operates a fleet of 60 Airbus A320 aircraft and offers over 380
routes from 21 bases, connectinig 112 destination across 38 country. At
Wizz Air a team of approximatley 2,200 aviation professionals delivers
superior service and very low ticket prices making Wizz Air the perfect
choice of 16.5 million passangers in the financial years ended 31 March
2015. Wizz Air is listed on the London Stock Excange.
13.How would you rate your people skills?
Probably higher than the majority of people, I am always keen to learn
something new about people and accommodate them as much as
possible. I would rate myself number 8 of the 10.
14.If you were in an unkown city, what would you do to find a resturant?
I would probably go to the net and do some research, or go to the front
desk and ask staff in the hotel, or ask somebody in the street for theirs
recommendation.
15.Why do you think passangers take their frustration out on the cabin
crew, even if the crew is trying to help them?
Sometimes travelling by the plane can be exhausting, especially the long
distance flights. The cabin crew are the people with who the passanger
get in touch diarectly. Some of the passangers feel need to share their
problems with somebody and they are doing it in diffrent ways. Cabin crew
get all the negative comments but also all the positive ones.
16. If a passanger gets ill during the flight, how would you handle this?
I would ask him about his medical condition and if he taking some
medicamentes, then I would ask my co-workers for help, to work as team ,
give him first aid and make him comfortable till we arrive at our
destination.
17. Why do you want to be a flight attendant?
I may not be able to move mountains and enforce world peace but God I
can make someones day. I can smile at someone and warm their heart. I
can hold a childs hand and make them feel safe. I can take a screaming
baby from a frantic mother and give her 10 minutes of peace. I can chat to

an old man with no family and make him feel cared for. I can say what I
can do for you? with a smile from ear to ear, and make someone feel that
they are special and I am happy to help. All small things but is surprising
what people remember. I love people and make it my mission to get at
least one smile from everyone I meet. I genuinely like to take care of
people.
18.Tell me something about yourself?
Good day!
First I would like to thank you for this great opportunity, I am really glad to
be here. My name is Enida Bievi. Currently I am finishing up my master
study, on department of history in University of Sarajevo. During my
college time, I had worked with children like a practicle part of my study,
and always get a positive and encouraging feedbacks from my students
and from my mentors. Many times becuse my high GPA, I proclaimed one
of the best students on department, and becuse of that I attendant on
international workshops and seminars worldwide as representative of
whole university. Although the main topics of this seminars was history
related also we worked a lot of improving our social and comunication
skills and pedagogical methods and overall team-working.
During my whole studies, to be more specifically from my second year in
high school I had worked, first like a promoter for some main brends like
Nestle, Phillip Morris, Samsung, Prestigo and etc. Also I had worked like a
hostess on some important events like Sarajevo film festival, Sarajevo
marketing summit 2014, where I developed communication, sales skills
and learnd some marketing strategy. For some brends, companys that I
worked from I had gain prizes, because not only I reached targets I
overcome it. All of that helped me on my next job, that was event
organizator. On this very responsible job,where I worked with clients like
Hewlett-Packard, Canon, Samsung I improved my multi-tasking skills,
learned the importance of good organization and work under the pressure.
My friends sees me like positive,frendly,
person.

19.What would you do if you saw another cabin crew member being rude
to a passenger?
I would try and soften the situation by offering the passengers free drinks
or refreshments. I would say to them that was extremly sorry for what
happened and that I can assure him or her that it would not happen again.
I would then assess their response to see whether or not they wanted to
take the matter further. If they did, then I would speak to my senior

member of the cabin crew team. Having said that, reporting a work
college would be a last resort and I would try my hardest to resolve the
situation on my own.
20.What are the strengths that make you a suitable candidate?
I believe I am the best candidate for this position because I am young ,
energetic and have the ability to take up challenges. I understand this job
requires a lot of hard work and dedication, an in depth knowledge about
company polices and ability to work in team. I am pretty hard-working,
also I am good adapting new
