Chapter 2 The sine and cosine rules

Chapter 4 Coordinate geometry in the (x,y) plane

Chapter 5 The Binomial expansion

Use the information on whether an angle is acute/obtuse/reflex and its ratio in

To be able to solve equations of the form sin(n + a) = k (or a cos equivalent) by
altering the limits of the answer (CAST or graphical methods are both
acceptable)

Chapter 11 Integration

Integrate a simple function within defined limits and understand the notation

Use the process above to find the area under a section of a curve
Understand how to work out an area below the x-axis (which will give a negative
answer)
Find an area which has part above and part below the x-axis, by splitting the area
