North Korean Nuclear Situation

Allowance of Nuclear Weapons in North Korea


The Security Council General Assembly,
Recognizing that as a sovereign nation North Korea deserves the right to its own
political, economical and strategic decisions as well as the freedom to continue
testing or developing and make decisions regarding its nuclear weapons
program,
Fully aware that North Korea has been unsuccessful by the UN demands (1718
and 1874) to stop all nuclear testing,
Emphasizing North Koreas need to both establish and defend itself by any
means necessary in order to protect and continue development,
Noting with deep concern of North Koreas willingness to use nuclear weapons at
any signs of threat and the disregard to any consequence,
Desiring the general assembly and the security councils consideration of the
following resolution regarding The Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea
(DPRK) nuclear program,
1. Recommends that General Assembly and Security Council allow the further

development and testing of nuclear weapons in North Korea;


2. Urges the integration of nuclear safety precautions or guidelines to prevent harm

to persons/citizens of any country or state:


(a) With disclosure from North Korea of nuclear testing times and zones,

(b) With sufficient warning to all peoples 75 km within the area of nuclear
testing,
(c) With same notice and disclosure for testing of ballistic weapons within any
areas,
3. Supports the development, further testing, and use of nuclear energy in
Pyongyang for
peaceful purposes,
4. Condemns the sanctions that the UN have placed on North Korea to prevent
the development of nuclear weapons;

(a) With the current year of friendship between our two nations, (North Korea

and Russia) The Russian Federation seeks to continue and better direct
trade,
(b) With an increasing amount of exports into North Korea, members of The

General Assembly and Security Council will notice a bettering of economy


which benefits the UN greatly,
5. Notes that previously North Korea has shown previously to break UN
resolutions,
(a) With given initiative to North Korea, resolutions may be kept,
(b) With each year of resolution following, sanctions will begin to be lifted from

North Korea by the UN.
