What is a floor cleaner?
The floor cleaner definition accepts two other denominations:
**Floor cleaner (cleaner) and All-purpose (household cleansing product)
DEFINITION:
It is a compound made of ionic and non-ionic tensioactives the purpose of which is to clean
surfaces. There are also other formulations with different compounds that allow disinfecting the
surface to be cleaned. In both cases, pleasant perfumes are used so they provide the formulation
with a character similar to an "air freshener".

3.- MANUFACTURING PROCESS:

1) MIX THE FRAGRANCE WITH THE LAURYL ETHER SULPHATE AND THE FATTY ALCOHOL.
2) ADD THE DIPROPILENGLICOL AND THE ISOPROPANOL STIRRING AFTER EACH ADDITION.
3) INTO THE MIXTURE, ADD THE WATER UNDER CONTINUOUS AGITATION.
4) FINALLY, ADD THE FORMOL

5.- MANUFACTURING PROCESS

1.- Into the water, and always under agitation, add the LES 27%
2.- Add the perfume previously emulsified into the emulpal
3.- Add the colouring according to your desired colour
4.- Homogenize well for 15 minutes (Product must be totally transparent)
6.- SUPPLIERS, MACHINERY, PACKAGING AND ADDITIVES
To manufacture floor cleaners, it is necessary to have:
- A stainless steel tank with mechanic agitation
- A machine to pack/fill (according to the desired production)
Suppliers can be given under previous consult.

7.- FRAGRANCES PACKAGINGS

In steel bottles covered with epoxy of 100, 200 kg and a container of 1000 kg
Minimum Order: 100 kg per fragrances
Samples: Under request, we can supply both samples for essays and do the necessary retouches
until obtaining the relation quality/price desired.
8.- QUALITY REFERENCE
These formulations have been tested against market products. It has been taken into account the
cleansing power efficiency and degreasing agent. The conclusions can be shown facing the tested
samples or against the new references.
