Defendant, the May 1st Coalition for Worker and Immigrant Rights. Plaintiff has served this
Defendant by publication and by mailing first class1 a copy of the Summons and

Complaint. The Defendant has not answered. Plaintiff seeks and is entitled to entry of a

default against the Defendant for its failure to Answer. Fed. R. Civ. P. 55(a).

Plaintiff also served Defendant Ochoa and filed a Second Amended Complaint. All
19
Defendants have answered. The case is ready for a case management scheduling conference,
20
pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P., Rule 16. Plaintiff seeks, pro se, to be allowed to electronically

IT IS ORDERED that the Motion for Entry of Default as to the Defendant, the May

1st Coalition for Worker and Immigration Rights (Doc. 38) is GRANTED; the Clerk of the

in this case only. The party is required to comply with all rules outlined in the District of
Manual,2 have access to the required equipment and software, have a personal electronic
mailbox of sufficient capacity to send and receive electronic notice of case related
transmissions, be able to electronically transmit documents to the court in .pdf, complete the
attached form to register as a user with the Clerks Office within five (5) days of the date of

this Order, register as a subscriber to PACER (Public Access to Electronic Records) within

five (5) days of the date of this Order and comply with the privacy policy of the Judicial

Conference of the United States and the E-Government Act of 2002. Any misuse of the ECF

system will result in immediate discontinuation of this privilege and disabling of the
