December 10, 2015

Dear Mike,
Sorry to bother you again, your secretary said you might have time to look at this, don't worry if
you are too busy. The following are the major points of contention:
1. On the eve of the accident, December 8, 2015 I prepared a document containing the
photos I took, my written statement and the police report. I mailed it to my Allstate
Agency, the Dan Naumann Agency. Although my car was drivable, I could not lock the car
because the rear door would not close, I secured it from the inside with a tie from the rear
door to the rear seat. But I could not lock the car.
2. Allstate told me I would be responsible for the $500 deductible plus the $100 security
deposit for the car rental.
3. Yesterday, December 9, 2015 Diana Crone called and took my recorded statement, and set
up the appointment at Dutch Valley for an Estimate of the damages.
4. Yesterday, December 9, Enterprise Car Rental called and set up a pickup for 11:00am after
I talked to someone at My Insurance, Allstate, and they wanted to rent me a car under
Allstate.
5. I wanted to verify, so I stopped at the Dan Naumann Insurance Agency to verify. Cheryl
McGhee, Licensed Sales Producer told me that the car rental was to be paid by Nationwide.
6. I drove up the rode to Enterprise and they would not accept the Nationwide Claim number
and kept trying to put the car rental under Allstate. So I left.
7. Today,JUDY AROCHO-FROIO, called and took my recorded statement.
8. Today I was told by Ken Trimble, General Manager for Dutch Valley Auto on Columbia
Avenue to leave the car for repair, that Nationwide accepted full responsibility. I could not
leave it and he told me to come back at 3:00 and he would take the car in for repair and
prepare an estimate the next day.
9. Diana Crone of Nationwide sent me there for an estimate after she provided a Claim
Number, see below.
10.I called Enterprise Car Rental, on Columbia Avenue and they told me they were waiting to
get final approval from Nationwide for the car rental. They scheduled a 3:00 time to
secure the rental.
11.While in Harrisburg I called Diane Crone and left a message for her to call Enterprise and
give them the final authorization so I could pickup the rental.
12.Diane Crone called me back and said she never accepted full liability and that she was
waiting to obtain a statement from her driver. I told her that I was not going to spend the
$500.00 out of pocket to have the claim paid by my Allstate policy and she said she was
having problems getting in touch with her insured and it could be a week before she would
decide if they were going to accept full liability.
13.All things considered, the Allstate representatives were harassing me, and I suspect that
Ken Trimble wanted me to leave my car for repair, which he said would be done in a week.
Then after the car was finished, they would have told me no one accepted responsibility
yet, and I would have been left with an $7,000.00 bill, which they would have demanded to
release my car.
14.Now, this is the 4th time that I have been hit by another driver, 1987, 1998, 2009, and
now 2015, ALL CAUSED BY THE OTHER DRIVER. REMEMBER IN 1987 THE DRIVER WENT
THROUGH THE STOP SIGN AT LONG LANE, I DID NOT HAVE A STOP SIGN, HIT ME
DIRECTLY BROADSIDE, SPUN MY CAR UNTIL IT LANDED ON THE ROOF. IN 1991 IT WAS
AN ATTEMPT AT MY LIFE IN NEW JERSEY, WELL DOCUMENTED IN COURT.
15.I WANT TO PURSUE EMOTIONAL PAIN AND SUFFERING, ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING THE
EMERGENCY INJUNCTION OF AUGUST 13, 2015, SEE ATTACHED AND THE HABEUS
CORPUS OF TODAY.

December 8, 2015
I was driving toward the stop light, about 300 yards away and all of the cars ahead of me suddenly stopped, I applied my brakes and saw the car behind me screech
his brakes and start to skid, he hit me from behind and I then hit the driver in front of me, although lightly. I immediately got out of my car and began taking the
photos in the report. I told Officer Higgens, after providing me with the police incident report, that i did not think the driver behind me should be cited. He told
me he would be cited with careless driving and I tried to explain that the stop light ahead turned red and all of the cars in front suddenly came to a stop. The
people of the car behind me told me they were from Egypt and they asked me if the car was fixable.
I was in Harrisburg to submit court documents to the Pennsylvania Superior Court, Case No. 1561 MDA 2015, and to submit correspondence to Pennsylvania
Attorney General Kathleen Kane, which I submitted in the drop box of the lobby in Strawberry Square.
After that I went to visit my brothers, Dr. Phillip Caterbone and Steven Caterbone at 77 Biddle Road, Carlisle, PA and was on my way home.
I will need a rental car in the morning. My rear door will not close.
