EUROPEAN UNION YOUTH WIND ORCHESTRA

VACANCIES FOR THE 2009 SESSION
IN LUXEMBOURG AND KERKRADE

For the next session of the European Union Youth Wind Orchestra to be held from July 16th to 25th,
2009, in Luxembourg with concert tour in The Netherlands under the direction of the famous Dutch
conductor Jan COBER, several orchestral positions for the following instruments are still vacant :
- 1 oboe
- 2 clarinets

- 1 tuba
- 1 string bass

Conditions for application:

- well qualified young musicians
- normally aged under 27 years,
- living in one of the E.U. member-States or another European country,

VACANCES DE POSTES POUR LA SESSION 2009
A LUXEMBOURG ET KERKRADE
Pour la session 2009 de l'Orchestre d'Harmonie des Jeunes de l'Union Europenne qui se
droulera du 16 au 25 juillet 2009 Luxembourg avec tourne de concerts aux Pays-Bas sous la
direction du chef dorchestre nerlandais de renomme internationale Jan COBER, les pupitres
suivants sont encore vacants:
- 1 hautbois
- 2 clarinettes

- 1 tuba
- 1 contrebasse cordes

Les candidats doivent remplir les conditions suivantes :

- disposer d'une excellente formation musicale
- tre gs en principe de moins de 27 ans,
- tre domicilis dans un Etat-membre de l'Union Europenne ou dans un autre pays europen,

KANDIDATENAUFRUF FR DIE ARBEITSPHASE 2009
IN LUXEMBURG UND KERKRADE

Die nchste Arbeitsphase des Jugend-Harmonie-Orchesters der Europischen Union findet vom
16. bis 25. Juli 2009 in Luxemburg, mit anschlieender Konzerttournee in den Niederlanden, unter der
Leitung des bekannten niederlndischen Dirigenten Jan COBER statt.
Mehrere Orchesterstellen fr folgende Instrumente sind noch zu besetzen :
- 1 Oboe
- 2 Klarinetten

- 1 Tuba
- 1 Kontrabass

Voraussetzungen fr die Kandidaten :

- bestausgebildete junge Musikerinnen und Musiker,
- in der Regel nicht lter als 27 Jahre,
- wohnhaft in einem EU-Mitgliedsstaat oder in einem anderen europischen Land.,
