EMERGENCY MOTION FOR THIS COURT TO STAY FURTHER PROCEEDINGS IN THE CITY
OF ALEXAANDRIA COURT TILL PROCEEDIAL ISSUES ARE RESOLVED
COMES NOW Defendant Janice Wolk Grenadier, moves the court to stay any further proceedings
until Federal Proceedings and the appropriate court and judge are resolved.
Defendant Janice Wolk Grenadier had good cause to move this case due to Discrimination by the
Virginia Judiciary, Government and Elected Officials for being Catholic and Poor, no longer one of
the Old Boys Network as told by the x-wife of Judge Donald Kent - Martha Kent Just like me and
my family you are no longer one of them, you can not win, you cant get a fair trial et al
That Judge Donald Haddock who has chosen all Judges or had ex parted communications by all
appearance with all Judges, bribed nicely with donations towards his Portrait and Retirement Party by

opponents stated in May of 2008 You can not win this we LOVE Ilona Defendant Ilona opponent who HATES Catholics and stated Me and My family had nothing to do with you and
your girls because you raised them Catholic which her hate is documented in many e-mails and
blogs.

The evidence, discovery et al should be given to Defendant along with a Jury Trial in a court with a
Judge that is not Bias.
WHEREFORE, it would be unduly prejudicial and a denial of substantive as well as procedural due
process to not stay the case until the above issues have been resolved including and not limited to the
Writ of Mandamus and Prohibition that have been filed, in the Supreme Court of Virginia, the Untied
Stated District Court of Appeals in the District of Columbia.
For said reasons and good cause Janice Wolk Grenadier Defendant, Petitioner moves the court to
enter an Order staying any further proceedings until after the above issues for which court and which
Judge will hear this case has been resolved.
I, Janice Wolk Grenadier, am the Defendant in this action. I personally set forth the allegations
of fact in this Answer and Counter Claim Cross Complaint, and I hereby declare under penalty of
perjury that each of said allegations is true and correct.
