Perform site survey, manhours and materials estimation which is required in doing
network expansion and additional services.

priority issues ( Outages and service failure).
Provide an on-site support to ASEAN in-country team during the deployment of
Lucent Products such as the following:
Post installation.

Identify and report failure modes encountered when in the field and determine the
cause of these failures
Isolate and rectify equipment installation problems and provide reports on these
issues
Interact with customers by phone/ face to face depending on the level and type of
support required
Collate field failure results and symptoms for analysis and provide to Service
Manager
Compliance with all safety policies, practices and procedures at all times
